Cute house, open concept first floor was great for a weekend with our girlfriends! Hava was very responsive and kind!

We were absolutely charmed by this stunning house, surrounded by breathtaking nature and offering incredible views—especially over the lake. Every corner is filled with character and warmth, making it feel like a true hidden gem. A huge thank-you to our wonderful host Sandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and proactive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll be back without a doubt!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

This listing had the most gorgeous view. We enjoyed eating meals out on the patio in the mild summer weather. The amenities really set this place apart. We enjoyed the games left in the living room, all the kitchen supplies, the bathroom niceties, and the wireless chargers in the primary bedroom. The hot tub was the biggest highlight. It has been well maintained and the instructions left on how to use it made things very easy. Omer was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at The Tannery House! It was incredibly clean, perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and fenced area for our dog to play. Irene was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting the Catskills.

We had a wonderful time at this place for our mini moon. It was relaxing, beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you need! The hosts were very responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! For anyone coming from NYC we stoped at Pho Tibet in New Paltz for lunch on the way home and the food was amazing!

What an incredible stay! The house was lovely, clean and so open - windows all around to see your surroundings. It was the most peaceful stay and the Neversink river is gorgeous. To go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the river is magic. We would absolutely come back!

Had a wonderful trip at this cabin. The space is cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and surrounded by nature — exactly what we were hoping for. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking a joy, and we especially loved using the outdoor pizza oven. The fireplaces and wood stove added to the warm, inviting vibe throughout the home. The property itself is stunning —the a creek and a pond were fun to explore. We even got to see tadpoles hatching in the pond! It felt like a true escape. Zachary was a fantastic host — super communicative and helpful from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. Would highly recommend staying here!

It was spacious, super clean, well stocked and the pool and outdoor spaces were the actual best part of the property. Such an amazing stay especially for the price! The home is gorgeous and the backyard was perfect for the two dogs we brought. The creek access was easy to find and the kitchen was fully equipped for a large dinner we cooked. Very close to all margaretville has to offer while feeling secluded at the same time!

The Green Valley House is very well appointed - it had everything you could want in terms of kitchen items,. The new deck was a great place to hang out. Lots of interesting birds were heard/seen from the deck. The swimming hole under the bridge nearby is worth it! Refreshing and clean mountain water - bring your beach towel. This is a great location for visiting Belleayre.

It was a great weekend getaway with my husband. A charming, clean cabin with a deck that overlooks an open meadow surrounded by woods. The kitchen had pretty much all we needed -- pots and pans, plates and bowls and utensils. My husband thought the pod coffee machine with an ample supply of coffee pods was a welcome bonus. I loved the skylights upstairs but if you plan to sleep in, bring a sleep mask. A short walk down the hill takes you to the fire pit in the middle of the woods. If you plan to build a campfire, best to bring a bundle of firewood with you. One wish list item would be a fire pit closer to the cabin, with a metal grate for cooking over the campfire. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Overall a lovely experience.

A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

Michael and Nick's Meadow House was one of the absolute best Airbnb stays we have ever enjoyed! It's truly a dream home with everything you will need for your stay. Standout details included a comfy bed, a dream kitchen with everything you'll need to cook your meals, spa-like bathroom, and a cozy fireplace that you can light with the push of a button. The views from every room are stunning and peaceful. We enjoyed coffee and birdsong on the porch every morning. We saw lots of birds, deer, chipmunks and woodchucks. And it's a short drive to lots of trails and charming towns. We had a welcome note and snacks waiting for us on our arrival. Michael was so friendly, responsive, and gave lots of fantastic recommendations. He was also so helpful with all our questions and a work emergency that came up for me. We were dreaming of returning for a longer stay before we had even left.

Beautifully designed home with really high end furniture. Aesthetically pleasing. It is right next to a main road, so there is a lot of noise from the cars. But once we got used to it, it was ok. Loved the house though.

We had a great time at Jeff's! The home is absolutely beautiful, even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen was perfect and easy to cook in. The beds were really comfortable and it was awesome to get to change the softness/firmness of the mattress to what we preferred. The house was easy to find. We were looking to retreat into nature and be near water (there's a creek you can hear from the house), but with all modern amenities, and we got exactly what we were looking for. The house and hot tub were both super clean, and Jeff was very responsive before and during our trip. We will *definitely* be back!

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 boys (7&3 years old) we booked the house because of how close it was to skiing at bellayare mountain. Cathy was very responsive and answer all of our questions. Home was clean and pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Cozy home. The stairs in the house were very steep, something to keep in mind when staying with kids and no drive way. They provided a baby gate which gave me a piece of mind during the night. Highly recommend staying here.

My pups and I had a peaceful week at David and Crystal‘s. The house has amazing light and is decorated beautifully. Everything was super clean and comfy. Accord is a great area and there‘s lots to explore. Highly recommend the purple asparagus from the farm down the road!

Great house/cabin for a nature getaway. Exactly as described, and I appreciated very clear instructions about everything. Loved attention to details and high-quality touches throughout the house and cute retro vibes. Very comfy beds and linens. We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend, and were able to cook a holiday dinner for ourselves as the kitchen is fully equipped. The heating worked well considering freezing temperatures, but it makes some blowing noise, in case you are sensitive. I imagine that in warm weather this house sould be an absolute gem.
