Waterfront holiday rentals in Đenovići

Bojana was an extremely happy and smiley host who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Our stay was short and sweet and the room was a perfect base en route to Perast. Air con worked great, bathroom and bedroom super clean and tidy. Parking on site too right next to the beach! Thanks so much. ☺️

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

This place was magical and beat our high expectations.

We stayed 4 nights at Alinas Appartement. The view was just stunning and it looks just as in the pictures (if not better). The Appartement itself was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very nice to cook something together and the balcony is very big so you basically sit outside the whole day. The area is very calm. There are 2-3 restaurants in walking distance. We went to one of them and it was very nice. From there out you have a good connection to Kotor, Tivat (roughly 25-35min by car). Just 10min away is a very nice beach called Przno Beach (or Plavi Beach). It is a small bay with a sand beach which are rare to find in Montenegro. All in all, the stay was very pleasant and perfekt for a calm getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Davies apartment. To go to sleep with the sound of the sea and wake to that amazing view made our stay perfect. We loved the balcony for breakfast, and early evening drinks before going out. It was all very peaceful and relaxing. Davor suggested 3 restaurants and we visited each one. We found live music outside a bar on our last night which was really great, locals chatting to you and dancing in the streets that sort of thing really makes your holiday special. I would definitely recommend Davors apartment.

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

We travelled around Montenegro but our stay at Dubravka's will stay in my heart! Its so beautiful there - a gem, the location, the peace, the apartment, the beach, the restaurant next door. A magical memory created, thank you Dubravka x

A really beautiful apartment and fantastic hosts. Veselin and Mila were always available and extremely helpful in every sense. They made my partner's birthday extra special with a lovely surprise: honestly the best hosts you could wish for. My husband and I stayed here for two full months. During this time we were able to work from home and enjoy the sea and Molunat every day. We also took the opportunity to visit the Konavle region, Dubrovnik, the Montenegrin coast and the city of Mostar, in Bosnia. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which is especially convenient for long stays like ours. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and are attentive to any need. In the village there is a small market for daily shopping and in the city of Grouda, a twenty-minute drive away, there are more options. Although there are three daily buses to Dubrovnik, I think it's important to have your own transportation. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys tranquility and contact with nature. For us it has been a real pleasure to live and work in front of the sea during these months. Thanks for everything Helen and Maximilian!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Thank you for the friendly and quick help in every situation. Jelena and Nikola managed to make our vacation a highlight despite the late arrival and personal start-up difficulties. The two are super nice and friendly without being intrusive. The boat trip with Nikola was great! The house is located in a nice fishing village, the sea right at the doorstep. You can hear the ferry and the road, but they didn't bother us. The ferry is free, we used it for shopping and restaurant visits. Thank you for the great. Stay! We'd love to come back!!

A real corner of paradise, I confirm all the previous positive comments! Such a human-scale, calm and flowery environment, with direct access to the sea from the pretty terrace, without a road to cross, is absolutely unique in Montenegro. The accommodation is very well supplied and maintained. Jelena was proactive and very available. We had an unforgettable stay 😊

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Words are really inadequate to describe this house… It was a wonderful accommodation experience in every sense. The sea was as beautiful as a painting, and the house was clean and full of carefully thought-out details. Everything we needed was complete. Our host made this experience even more special with his warmth and helpfulness. It's hard to leave here, but our consolation is that we will definitely come again!

The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Great accommodation - beautiful view of the water. Bed is very comfortable. Good starting point to walk to Perast or to explore the opposite by car. At the beginning of June, the season seems to be starting slowly. There was everything you need in the area.
