The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

We offer you our bright holiday flat at Freiburg-Herdern, a suburban area right next to the black forest but still close to the city centre with panoramic streets. The flat is close to popular viewpoints and recreation destinations. The apartment lies in one of Freiburg's best locations at a southern-facing slope with an amazing view of the city, the „Schönberg“ hill, the wine region of „Kaiserstuhl“ and the French Vosges mountains. Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

The location is ideal as a starting point for activities of all kinds. You can start hiking directly from the house or get on the next bus to your destination at the nearby stop. For guests with car, the journey time to most attractions in the Black Forest is less than 45 minutes.

Our beautiful and cosy Apartment "A", which is comfortable for one person is located in the heart of Freiburgs old town in an 500 year old historical house which has been renovated by us with lots of love. In this carefree city centre you can find the university,Boutiques, shops, museums, Restaurants,Cafés all around and trams into every direction from "Bertoldsbrunnen".

Public transport, a bakery are nearby. 10 min. to Emmendingen city center ( bus or car), about 15 min. to Freiburg ( train or car), about 30 min. to Europa-Park in Rust ( car). There is an excavator lake nearby ( it may be bathed)

The apartment is part of an outskirts villa with large garden. In the best location, the tranquility can be enjoyed here: the property is located directly on the forest and on the Dreisam. We, Catja & Andreas (with toddler & dear dachshund lady) rent this beautiful house and look forward to all our guests.
