Clean and comfortable space, Amy was very responsive and helpful.

I had a last minute hiccup with another Airbnb and was able to book this one at the last minute. it was super easy and Alfred was very responsive to my last minute request. The apartment was neat and comfortable.

Really nice place with easy access to Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

We were visiting Buffalo for a concert at Highmark - and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Aside from being nice and close to the stadium (just a 10-minute Uber ride away), the apartment is also located in a great neighbourhood with pubs and coffee shops within walking distance. There is ample parking. But we were pleasantly surprised to see how large the space actually is. The photos do not do it justice! It's very spacious, bright, and clean. We would highly recommend this property and I'm sure we'll be back!

We always enjoy staying here! It’s so close to the mall and many restaurants. A short walk away is a nice park and a small creek. There’s also several grocery stores nearby that made it easy to find whatever we needed

Such a wonderful stay and will be coming back if ever visiting Buffalo again. The space was very clean, pretty spacious with natural sunlight. Cristians was super kind, had great response time when questions arose. The coffee bar was cute and she was so thoughtful with the small personal touches added. Would highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay at Jen’s place – everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The interior was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with easy access and assigned parking that made things very convenient. Jen was a responsive and thoughtful host, offering great local recommendations, including a fantastic dinner spot our first night and a visit to the iconic Anchor Bar. We explored Niagara Falls, downtown Buffalo, and even crossed into Canada – the location was perfect for all of it. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area – it was a perfect home base for our trip.

Great place in the heart of North Buffalo. Perfect for a single or couple traveling or in town for work.

I loved being by the water and hearing the waves and the birds. Sharon was a great host. The lock directions were clear just a little tricky to turn the lock. Clean, spacious and peaceful.

This was a perfect location to spend time with family, we had a loss in the family and were able to come visit and have family over to play games and visit, we will be back for sure!

Natalie has her place very well stocked with anything you could ever need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Very close to the Buffalo Bills stadium and surrounding restaurants. 2nd time staying at Natalie's place and loved the location. She was very responsive when we had any questions.

This is our second stay at Leah’s, and it won’t be our last! We love everything about it, from the perfect location in the heart of Williamsville village (but on a peaceful street!), to easy side entrance, and charming interior decor. We appreciate the updated and well-appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture (including beds!), and the spotless condition. Plus Leah is incredibly responsive. 5 out of 5 stars!

Very pleased with the house, how clean and spacious, completely suited my family’s needs. The neighborhood is well established very quaint, beautiful flowers and trees. We had everything we could’ve asked for an extras in the house, toiletries, kitchen, spices, salt, and pepper, tinfoil, Ziploc bags, etc. Kim was extremely helpful, providing guidance and when we had travel issues, Kim was very kind and compassionate, I felt like I had a dear friend to talk to. Definitely plan on staying there again when I come back to Buffalo.

The neighborhood is awesome. The house and all amenities were is pristine condition and the host was always responsive to any text even late at night.

Abbie was the best, the place was a cute 2 person hm and has everything u need. I would most definitely stay there again if I spend the weekend in Niagara Falls. 👍🏼👍🏼

Jarmilla and her husband were very friendly and helpful. I had a question during my stay and they responded quickly with help. Quiet neighborhood but so close to the falls and night life of the falls.

I've stayed at numerous Airbnb locations but Denise ranks up there with the best. She is very caring and on top of her game. With amenities you wouldn't think would be available to the cozy decor that felt like home. Anytime, we had any questions she was right there to hold out hands. If I'm ever back in area I'll be reaching out for any future stays. Great job Denise. Keep up the awesome work.

We absolutely loved the place . It was everything we were looking for for a short relaxing weekend. Loved the massage chair for our achy bones and the ability to soak in a large indoor hot tub and watch the football games couldn’t have been anymore awesome . Robert was super pro active with communicating with us and made sure we were happy with everything before and after checkin . I can’t recommend this place enough .

The property was clean, and it was a well designed space that was as described. Justin and Abbey were very friendly and responsive. The check-in process was easy. Abbey’s cookies were a great touch and the hot tub was a greatly appreciated bonus, as my wife and I were trying out for the National Dragon Boat team at the nearby Welland Flatwater Centre, and it was like a bonus spa therapy.
