Monthly Rentals in Derwent Park

Maggie's place was great. We stayed for 2weeks visiting our friends in Hobart and it was a great base for us. Plenty of room and amenities, the place was very comfortable. We liked that it had a heat/AC pump in the lounge and an additional electric heater and electric blankets in the bedroom + a fan for warm nights. The house is old and drafty but the heaters keep it warm and cosy. Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had no issues. Area was great, it's a short 5-10min to supermarkets and bus stops. Bus into the CBD is about 20mins. We appreciated the place came stocked with tea+coffee plus cooking essentials. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Lovely stay at Lisa’s! The view was gorgeous and the house boat was warm and cosy. 10 min drive to Hobart so perfect for a little tranquil escape.

To Kha Tu Thanh, The place was really cozy as mentioned earlier. Me and my family, everyone loved the place. I used to call her Jordie, she was very quick with her responses for any of my questions that was really helpful. If she allows, we would love to visit the place again, and I will definitely recommend to others. Thank you again for letting us stay at your place.
