House holiday rentals in Deschutes County

10/10! Great location, peaceful and serene. Plenty for a couple of pre-teen boys to do, including pickleball, tennis, and bike riding. Great running and walking paths. We couldn't have asked for a better more affordable place for our family to feel at home while away from home!

We spent three nights (two families) and wished we could have stayed longer! We appreciated the two King en-suites for the adults and the Queen room for an adult child, as well as the kids bunk/play room over the garage. Everyone had their own space! Super comfortable and perfect for two to three families with kids. The house was just across the street from the pickleball/tennis courts and the pool/clubhouse and a 5 minute drive from the Village at Sunriver. The house had tons of “toys”and we used the canoe on the lake by the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group as was well appointed and the open concept worked well for our group. Thanks Eric for the great stay! We will stay again!

Highly recommend the Birch Abode. Nice quiet location, but still only a short bike ride or drive from the central village and pool. The house was well clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ranch with wonderful hosts! Felt right at home in the juniper. We loved the location for easy access to Sisters or Bend. We cooked most of our meals there on the bbq, kitchen stocked with everything we needed! Very comfortable beds, everyone slept well. Loved listening to the evening frogs and morning birds. The pool was a highlight for sure. Felt very special to have this property to ourselves! Tracy and Bill are gracious and wonderful to talk to. Our family will be planning return trips in the years to come!

Although we didn't use the garage facilities it was great that he had all the games to play. Liked the choice of bikes. Liked the fact he had basketballs and discs even though we didn't get to play. Maybe fix the kitchen aerator. I couldn't find the instructions to the pellet stove, but really didn't need it. Good trip, good weather, saw a lot of our relatives who live around here. Enjoyed the home.

We loved our stay! This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Mother’s Day. The home had everything we needed and more. There were so many unique touches that we really enjoyed. We were also close to town and had bikes for the whole family. We will absolutely be back.

What a beautiful home, one of our favorites for sure. All of the little touches were so appreciated, from the soft cozy throw-blankets and extra pillows to the wonderful bedding, fully stocked kitchen and even a bottle of wine left for us. The view off the back deck is indescribable and the ability to walk into town and shop at the local shops, get coffee or even an evening walk for ice cream is perfect. I highly recommend this home, we shared it with my brother, his wife and their two little girls and it was plenty of space for all of us. it is exactly as described and even more.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—perfect for our family vacation with three of us and our dog. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of activities. We enjoyed the pool and watching movies on the large TV in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already hoping to return next year!

Everything about staying at Ewa's house was relaxing and easy. The location is excellent; it's just minutes to walk to the village and, if you hop on a bike and head in the other direction, it's minutes to the nature center, the stables, etc. The house itself was very comfortable and had just about everything a person could need, including an electric griddle (a necessity in my family). Ewa had a very useful binder full of all the information we needed and more, and she was very responsive to all my communications. Everyone in my family agreed that we would happily stay at Ewa's house again. :)

Had a very pleasant stay. The hot tub although an older model was fantastic. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Overflow parking in the cul-de-sac was a plus as well. Kitchen was well stocked even had some fun spices. I appreciated the washer and dryer along with laundry soap. Same model I have at home! Nice big screen TV with Roku. Open concept was really nice. Super easy check in check out was able to use barbecue grill with no issues as well. Plenty of ceiling fans with lots of airflow. The place does only have one very small bathroom. If you’re going with a larger group, it may be something to consider. Would stay again if in the area.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed for a work trip! It was hard to find a two-bathroom Airbnb and this place provided plenty of our own space with a lovely common area. It felt very safe and secure, quiet, and close to where we needed to be. Great amenities, clean, and comfortable.

The house was just as it seems in the pictures and description. We loved the easy walkable access to the great river trails! The Frisbee golf was super fun as well. Highly recommended!

And absolutely beautiful location. Peaceful and serene and right next to the river. We saw a bald eagle and lots of geese. House was comfortable and well-stocked. Gina And Jay were very responsive when we had a question. Absolutely one of the nicest stays we’ve had in the Sunriver area!!!

Bonus is the home’s large doors and windows that open to back yard areas with lava rock, grasses, fruit trees. Quiet neighborhood too.

Perfect location - right on the Deschutes with easy walking access to downtown (5 minutes, if that) but also quiet and peaceful. Wish we had more than 3 nights to enjoy and would definitely return. Our family of 4 had more than enough space so it felt just like home.

This place is clean, comfortable, and safe. I do not have one negative thing to say about our stay. I highly recommend this house. I will absolutely book again next time I am in Bend. This place is close to everywhere you want to be.

Beyond that, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The space was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true retreat after long days of recording. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Abe and Trixie’s home, and we would book it again and again. Great friendly hosts, everything you need, and great location!

This was great for our quick stopover in Prineville. The house was quiet, well-stocked with kids games and books, and has a lovely backyard. Misty was very responsive and helpful.

Donna is an incredibly gracious hostess. She met us upon arrival and even left delicious, freshly baked sweet almond bread and some basics in the fridge! The place is spacious, nicely decorated and had absolutely everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. The house is in an excellent location just a short 5 minute drive to the little town of Tumalo and also a short distance from both Bend and Sisters. Checking in felt like coming home. I hope we will get to see Donna again!

Great stay over new years with four adults and two children. It is one of the more private homes in Sunriver, and everything was clean and comfortable!

Very responsive and helpful when needed assistance. We were able to drop off our bags before the check in without hassle

We had a wonderful time at Francisco‘s place, it felt like I was at home. The only thing I would have to say is it’s definitely not ADA accessible. And for us older folks, it would’ve been nice to have a bar in the tub to grab onto for getting in and out of the tub. Other than that, the location was wonderful easy walking distance to just about anywhere you wanna go. Found our way to shopping and eating with no difficulties at all. Thank you, San Francisco for letting us use your home and having a wonderful time with our daughter.

Very nice, clean accommodations with a really well appointed kitchen. It's a great location within easy walking distance to river and town. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.
