Great place just outside of town, lots of things to do at the resort.

We loved staying at Justin’s place! The location was incredible, right off the Deschutes river trail, which was wonderful for walking the dog in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook with, the apartment was as very clean, instructions were easy and Justin was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved this condo at the resort. It is close to bend both downtown and old mill district. The amenities are amazing and the property is beautiful and well taken care of.

We keep coming back to Tammy’s place - it’s the best!! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. We absolutely love it.

Excellent experience! I’ve lived in a lot of studio apartments and this one was ideal; everything I could want or need in awesome resort surroundings. I stayed here for a Ladies AllRide mountain biking clinic and it couldn’t have been easier to access the clinic and trails. The room was a chilly 58-60 degrees (not the host’s fault! The resort heat was malfunctioning) and when I messaged the hosts they responded immediately, called the resort to find out what was happening, and got me extra blankets and a heater so I was comfortable. Hope to be able to stay here again, and highly recommend it to everyone. Although I didn’t use it you also have exclusive access to the resort pool and hot tub. The resort staff will treat you like royalty. I recommend traveling here with a car; there’s no shuttle to/from the airport and Instacart/doordash don’t deliver. It took me an hour to bike to Bend for provisions for the week. That being said the resort food is delish!

Nice spot for our weekend away for baseball tournament. Lots to do for everyone.

We had a great stay at Roksolana’s place over Labor Day Weekend. The condo was squeaky clean and the host was super responsive/proactive in getting a couple of issues resolved for us (the toilet wasn’t working properly and there wasn’t any soap). I think housekeeping overlooked a few things, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay and would stay here again. The resort has a lot of things to do on the property, like frisbee golf, tennis, pickleball, mini-golf, bike course, rafting, and swimming pools. Unfortunately the big pool was closed, so and it made for a packed pool situation a bit crowded on the long weekend. There is a bar/restaurant on the property, but we did most of our dining at the condo. The bartender was not the friendliest despite generous tips from our group.

Wow — what a gorgeous spot! Susan’s condo was the ideal home base for exploring Black Butte Ranch. We were steps away from the Lodge but it still felt private and was very quiet. We enjoyed every sunset on the deck and are already dreaming of a return trip. The condo is very comfortable and we especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen is.

Five Stars!! We enjoyed an amazing stay-every detail thought though in this beautiful home. It was the perfect place to come home to after skiing Bachelor and great place to base out of while we enjoyed Bend. We cooked most of our meals and this kitchen had everything! Bedrooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable! The view was such a treat and we just loved swimming in the pools, soaking in the hot tubs, relaxing in the sauna, as well as playing a fun game of mini golf. It was all such a great balance to skiing all day and had everything to feel like a relaxing and easy vacation while traveling with our 8 year old.

Hans’ place was a fantastic getaway in the woods. We absolutely loved the back deck overlooking the lake, and sat out there for hours at a time. The rear deck also gets a good amount of sun throughout the day, so it’s perfect to warm yourself if the air temp is cool. It’s worth noting that this condo is within a timeshare resort. Upon checking it at the front desk, we were (kindly) pressured into attending a timeshare meeting in exchange for a few free nights at one of their sister resorts. I am sure you could refuse without issue if you did not want to attend. The resort grounds overall were very nice. The pool and hot tubs were huge and very clean. We did find that there was a lot of dog hair throughout the condo. I understand this is a pet friendly rental, but coming with an our small short-hair dog, it was a bit of a shock to see so much longer dog hair throughout the apartment. Aside from the dog hair, the apartment was quite clean otherwise. Overall, I would stay here again

Heather’s condo was great and had everything we needed. It’s nicely decorated, clean and the bed was comfortable. We felt right at home and our dog enjoyed looking at all the wildlife from the peaceful and private balcony deck. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the Sunriver House for Memorial Day Weekend. It was very well stocked and we enjoyed access to and use of the paddle boards and kayaks. It's a beautiful house and everything was clean upon arrival. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful and refreshing stay at Tiffany's Airbnb! Most of our time was spent outdoors: grilling, relaxing in the hot tub, and unwinding in the sauna. I came with a few of my girlfriends, and we had such a great time. Tiffany truly went above and beyond with thoughtful little touches that made our stay even more special. Highly recommend!

What a gem of a house! Tastefully and comfortably decorated and full of character. Everything was as pictured, the king bed was very comfortable (I am pretty picky and need something soft). We appreciated Heather's quick responses and recommendations and use of their bikes! And never has a check in been easier. Would love to come back!

I still would have appreciated a "hard-copy" of the instructions that were texted to me through Airbnd. It was difficult to find the message and keep referring to it. A hard copy would have been easier to refer to while on the property.

Meg was such a wonderful host!!! So nice and very helpful!! I would highly recommend her!! Plus the home we stayed in was beautiful & very clean. We can’t wait to stay again soon!! Such a perfect location too, close to shopping and restaurants etc. Also the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciate that as I don’t always sleep well when traveling but I honestly slept like a baby. If you are looking for a home don’t hesitate on this one I’m telling you it was honestly hard to leave it.

Eric's home in Black Butte Ranch was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering. The home is spacious, the kitchen was very user friendly and the amenities that are in the home ( games, ping pong ,bikes, laundry, etc ) were exactly what we needed for kids of all ages. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels like a forest get away. Being able to use all of the amenities of Black Butte Ranch is incredible. We golfed, swam, played tennis and pickle ball- something different everyday. Black Butte Ranch was also so hospitable during our entire stay; during check in, making reservations and using the amenities. Eric really IS a super host. We had questions before check in and after check in. He was so prompt , friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this home and Eric for your Air BnB reservations. This Daughter-in-Law won family gathering because of how nice the home is and how helpful Eric is as a host. Thank you Eric! MJ and fam 5 stars and a little heart too.

Our logging company had been on fires for months and we were trying to give them a relaxing and comfy place to take their days off. Kim was such a wonderful and helpful host, I would absolutely recommend Kim and her lovely home to anyone. We hope to stay again in this lovely home under some different circumstances.

Lovely home! Direct path to the river and a quiet setting among the trees. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.
