Holiday rentals with a patio in Deschutes River Woods

Great place just outside of town, lots of things to do at the resort.

My husband and I were in Bend visiting family. Chris's place was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed after driving in from Wisconsin. The location was great and easy to get to with a lot to do in the area. Chris was always very responsive often replying quickly to any messages. My husband and I would highly recommend Chris's listing and we will be looking to stay again on our next trip to Bend.

Great place near Mt Bachelor. The house has everything to cook, but you'll need to bring essentials, like oil, etc.. Beds are great. Soft mattresses. The resort has 3 jacuzzis and pools as well as an ice drink so it's great for the evenings after ski. Will stay here again.

The apartment is simply lovely. It is comfortable and convenient to everything in Bend. The views from the balcony are spectacular—there is nothing like the waking up to a full view of the Sisters and Mt. Bachelor. The riverfront is only a few steps away, as well as terrific restaurants and shops. Monica is a great host and provided us with excellent instructions—it was a breeze to find and access the apartment. Definitely want to come back!

Look no further than Janel’s place if visiting Sunriver/ Bend… it’s got it all! Bed is comfy, kitchen is stocked, local food and drink nearby. Unexpected bonuses were the clean, warm pool and laundry facilities (that take card)! Not to mention a solid vinyl collection. Thanks again, Janel!

One of my best Airbnb experiences. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Great location, short drive to nearby hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking. A wonderful place to come back to afterwards. Extra amenities are thoughtful and amazing. Very responsive host. It's exactly as pictured and even better in person. Well stocked kitchen & bath, comfortable bed, great deck and yes the snacks that everyone else mentions were so appreciated. We would definitely return.

We loved staying at Justin’s place! The location was incredible, right off the Deschutes river trail, which was wonderful for walking the dog in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook with, the apartment was as very clean, instructions were easy and Justin was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed this stay with our dogs for a few nights. Easy to find, close to downtown area and private with little traffic driving by as well. We were the perfect distance for an easy bike ride or walk to a lot of restaurants, breweries and the Deschutes River (recommend floating the Deschutes if you haven’t!). Would also recommend Fat Tony’s pizza (literally down the street!) Overall, great house and great location for our needs. Would book again!

About equal distance from LaPine and Bend, which was perfect for us. Nothing around but houses; store and gas were about a ten minute drive away. Very, very peaceful and quiet

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Everything was as described. It had plenty of room for our family of 5. It is quiet, peaceful, and the scenery is amazing. Next time we are in Bend this is the place we will be staying.

Really beautiful spot and great location! Perfect for what we needed with our group and the hosts were over the top excellent. Even assisting during an overnight neighborhood power outage and accommodating a later check out. Highly recommend staying here!!

Loved our stay, really high quality place to spend a few nights (or longer). Broken top club is very private and has great walkways.

This was a perfect little getaway spot for us. The space was easy to settle into and there was plenty of space to use in the kitchen and living spaces. The unit was very clean and not cluttered in its decor! We would def come again to visit! The hosts were very friendly and responsive to our questions as well!

The house was wonderful! Spacious and well kept, only 10 minutes from downtown but in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s also right along the canal which we floated in one day. Dog friendly, easy check in & hosts were very responsive. We did have an issue with the house not being fully ready when we arrived, one bed was unmade and some sheets & towels were not washed. Bridget & Matt were very quick to respond and apologize and immediately offered to refund our cleaning fee. Would love to stay here again in the future!

We stayed over memorial day weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the location. It felt very centrally located. Condo is small but cozy. We appreciated the comfortable queen bed, well stocked k-cups for coffee in the morning, and the fantastic community pool/BBQ area. The pull-out couch was fine for my tall teenager but is definitely a one-person bed if they’re not a smaller child. Overall we were really happy with this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great place to stay as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very clean and just like pictures. We will hopefully visit again soon!

Large space, very well situated and generally really relaxed vibe. The garage was a great addition too for any gear you choose to bring.

Super cute and cozy! The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors. There is a beautiful property across the street that is dog heaven. I will definitely be staying here on my business trips to Bend.

Ashley and Brad were amazing hosts! We had a chance to meet them and they are great people. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend - the view out the back over the river was very impressive. We hiked from the condo along the Deschutes River trails and to the Old Mill District. Access to the pool and hot tub area was a great bonus too. Facilities and area around the rental were clean and quiet. I highly recommend staying here.

Five Stars!! We enjoyed an amazing stay-every detail thought though in this beautiful home. It was the perfect place to come home to after skiing Bachelor and great place to base out of while we enjoyed Bend. We cooked most of our meals and this kitchen had everything! Bedrooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable! The view was such a treat and we just loved swimming in the pools, soaking in the hot tubs, relaxing in the sauna, as well as playing a fun game of mini golf. It was all such a great balance to skiing all day and had everything to feel like a relaxing and easy vacation while traveling with our 8 year old.
