Every inch of this charming house has been lovingly restored, updated, and decorated with unique antique pieces with just the right modern amenities. This charming house is situated in an amazing location - just a 5 minute drive to almost anywhere: downtown, Multi-Care Memorial hospital, PNWU, the freeway, SOZO, wineries, restaurants, and more! We can't wait to host you & share our love of this fantastic home & its old-world charm.

The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. Need a private getaway retreat? 6 miles off I-90, Cave B is just a 2.5 hour drive from Seattle/Spokane. Enjoy a modern industrial space while being surrounded by the untouched natural elements. Start your retreat looking out the floor- to- ceiling windows at the winery vines and the Columbia River. Cuddle up on the comfy sofa to watch a movie on the flat screen and/or prepare a meal and watch the sunset. Explore wine tasting, concerts, and/or hiking trails all within walking distance.

House is less than four miles from CWU, less than 1 mile from I-90. 40 miles from the Gorge Amphitheater or 30 from Suncadia Resort. Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. There may be construction 8-5 during your stay.****

There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. New fire table adds to the vibe.

Cozy Pet-Friendly Cowboy House

Located on 2 peaceful acres & just minutes from CWU, fairgrounds, & downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.
