Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light close by. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot in front of the house. No other guests bedding, towels, hair dryer is available. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Book closet with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio children up to 12 years old have 20% discount.

In the spacious apartment you will stay in a separate house and enjoy your vacation. We are happy to prepare a breakfast according to your wishes – from classic to hearty and traditional, almost exclusively from our own production! This very nice apartment on the quiet outskirts of Leoben (city center and university approx. 25 minutes' walk) we have completely renovated. The 1-room apartment is fully equipped.
