The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. My property is near great views (mountains), Obereggen (Ski+/hikingcenter Latemar 1km) Hiking trails (directly in front of the house) in the UNESCO world cultural heritage Dolomites. You'll love my property because of the fantastic nature. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), skiing, hiker, motor-biker, groups and furry friends (+pet 10,-/night and each pet). Only 20 min. away from Bolzano.
