Absolute calm. Walks or biking along the Yonne river. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Cleaning included. Towels and sheets provided.

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.

Our house is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the Town Hall Square and the clock, in a quiet and not very busy one-way street, with a garden that is not overlooked. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).
