The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. Our family of four had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Angela’s cabin! The space is cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind. Twain Harte is such a charming little town—we had a blast at the mini golf course and enjoyed some great meals at the local restaurants. Angela is a warm and welcoming host, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to return—next time in the snow!

Took a little getaway trip with my gf and our pet dog. Anita’s place was exactly what we were looking for to get away and have a peaceful/quiet trip. Our boy Rocky absolutely enjoyed his time out there with so many different views and land to discover. Finding the actual house was easier than I thought it would be! Once we arrived at the house everything was as Anita had explained and the check in and check out was made simple. Will definitely keep this house bookmarked for any future plans.

Tobey’s cabin is pure magic! It's perfectly appointed, anticipating every single need, and the design is simply stunning. You can tell she has a true artist's eye, every detail is beautifully curated. She genuinely knows how to host, creating a wonderfully comfortable and welcoming escape. I personally have serious textile envy, everything from sheets, dish towels and throws are unique & high quality. We left feeling totally recharged and already brainstorming when we can come back!

Chalet Boisé: Secluded, Peaceful & Renovated!

My wife and I loved our stay here!! The interior was beautifully decorated and filled with high end items from the comforters and pillows to the kitchen knives and cookware. It made our stay feel luxurious up in the mountains. Then, the whole reason we chose this cabin, the wood-fired hot tub was an absolute delight and has ruined all other hot tubs for us. Nothing like hearing the fire crackling as it heats up the water for you. We loved the abundance of towels, the old CRT tv upstairs (we brought our N64), and the overall cozy feel of the cabin. There are some houses nearby, but most are hidden from view and you still feel very secluded. Well worth the 8hr trip for this beautiful place.

The Shepherd House is the perfect place with-in walking distance to our family, downtown restaurants, shopping and more! Very clean with beautiful decor. The time period materials used in the renovation were perfect! The backyard was a great place to relax after a busy day. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Emily was a great host and very responsive to all questions. We will definitely be back!

I stayed while visiting with family in the area. This was THE perfect little spot to unwind. I work from home and it was such a peaceful little place to do so by the pond. The airstream itself was in tiptop shape, and the hosts were so sweet. I would 100% stay here again. Something about it just felt nostalgic and homelike! And the view of the lake was ah-mazing!
