I had a great stay at Jody's condo! The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around. Jody was incredibly helpful and accommodating, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The extra snacks and comfy bed were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated after a long day. An extra bonus was getting to know Jody's two adorable dogs. I look forward to staying with Jody the next time I'm back in the area.

I stayed for 51 days with my parents from overseas. My mom has difficulty walking due to stroke history, Mr Yang and co-host Grace accommodated my parents to stay downstairs. The price is one of the cheapest in the area. The owner did not stay here, but he came sometimes to check in house and make sure guests were happy. You have a lot of freedom in this place. You can cook with a nice kitchen and all supplies ready to go, provided by the host. There is Walmart, Costco, shopping mall 5 mins away where you can do your groceries. Freeway 60 is nearby, which is very convenient. There is a yard in the back where you can see birds, rabbits, and squirrels. There is also basketball court backyard, you can do BBQ if you like. The co-host and her husband come to the house daily to clean up and check in on hosts. They are super nice and helpful and always try their best to accommodate what you need. They helped out a lot for my parents while I was at work. You need a Chinese translator app

Her place is very clean. The room smells clean. The room is organized. The bed is very comfortable. She provides a Roku tv. Her restroom is big and spacious. Her house is in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. She also has a washer and dryer in the garage which is a plus.

I stayed for 3 weeks during my course in University of La Verne. If you are Brazilian and looping for a calm place, privacy and friendly, this is the place. All is organized including refrigerator and freezer spaces to use. The bed is good, the shower is wonderful. All hosts are very good persons and stay always free to help you.

I stayed in a private room with its own entrance and bathroom in Walnut, and it honestly felt like a Hilton hotel but at half the price. The check-in process was super easy; the host, KL, met me in person which was a nice touch. The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with KL was great — very responsive throughout my stay. I especially loved the quiet location, which made it easy to relax. The only thing that could have been better was access to WiFi, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.
