A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

My apartment is warm & inviting. The bedroom is luxurious with a beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath. Fully equipped Kitchen, laundry & leafy back yard, bbq and alfresco kitchen. The family room includes a dining area, lounge & big screen Netflix TV. While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
