Holiday rentals with a patio in Dickson

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Donna and Randy were extremely nice hosts. The perfect quiet place to stay in Nashville . They have a beautiful and peaceful backyard space. The interior has really nice updates, with an attention to detail. Definitely will stay here again.

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

Place was as described, clean and quiet. Broadway was a walkable distance for me and my wife. The parking in the garage was also nice not having to drive really anywhere. Megan answered any questions I had. Nice little unit for a couple and close to Broadway.

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

This is our second stay and truth be told it was even better the second time because it was exactly what we were expecting and it felt like home! Jennifer and Brandon are such spectacular hosts!! Bill’s place was exactly as described, and as the pictures showed. It was comfortable and clean for our family of four, which included two young adult children. We liked that there were comfortable beds for everyone, and a common space to relax in. The back porch was spacious and peaceful and lovely. Although it’s on a main road, we were not bothered by noise at night, other than the sound of the frogs and the crickets, which was lovely. The home was very clean and easy to find. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Needed a place for our family of 6 to stop over for a good night’s sleep before continuing our road trip down to our Florida vacation spot, and we were so grateful to find Taylor’s place! Check in was easy with a keypad, the house manager Katelynn had everything ready for us and communicated well, the place looked like the pictures, and the kids all had their own beds and slept so much better than if we’d chosen to cram into one or two hotel rooms. I noticed that the floor in our bedroom was a bit creaky, because my husband would stir each of the several times i snuck my pregnant self to and from the restroom overnight, but most people probably aren’t getting up so much in the middle of the night, so that wouldn’t be an issue! This place really was perfect for what we needed — wish we could’ve stayed longer and explored Columbia more! Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very new and modern. It was in a good place to easily walk downtown. We were a little concerned about the parking situation but found the street parking was very accessible throughout our stay. Melissa was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Jessica’s place was exactly as advertised: comfortable and peaceful. The bed was super-comfy. It was the perfect place for our 4-day stay in Nashville.

Love this location. The building entrance was easy to locate- navigation took us right there. All information provided by the host easily explained the steps to enter the building, pick up keys and locate the unit. The apartment was perfectly clean, had no issue with noise and loved being able to look out through the expansive windows and checkout the city while enjoying morning coffee. You can also see a view of the pool. All of the building amenities were fantastic- the gym is clean and has everything you would need, pool is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs, fire pit and relaxing outdoor furnishings. The available parking spot was also nice to have. Easy walk to Nissan stadium and surrounding areas. We felt safe walking day and night during our stay for the CMA fest. Overall- we would choose this location again- Beds were comfortable, a/c stayed cold and having a clean place to stay and enjoy our time.
