There are lemon, pomegranate, fig and olive trees in the garden. It is 7-8 minutes' walk to Akbük beach (on the cold water side). It is within a 2-minute walking distance to Akbük minibus station and the market set up on Tuesdays. It is also within a 15-minute walking distance to all markets (Migros, A101, Bim, Şok) and the bazaar. Tourism Approval No: 09-47-1
