We are courteous and hospitable. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable so you feel right at home. With a large outdoor seating area with lawn. It is a good starting point for hiking, walking i.e. valley hiking trail, as well as cycling or biking, and in winter is good for trips in the snow. In summer there are many attractions for families: a water playground, Grimmimutz adventure trail and much more. The Wiriehorn ski resort with ski school is just two kilometers away. Unfortunately, we are only accessible by car!

Renovated apartment in historic farmhouse

The "untere Wösch" is a traditional Simmental farmhouse built in 1771. It is located in the small hamlet of Ringoldingen, on the main road between Thun/Spiez and Zweisimmen. If you appreciate simple, tranquil country life and enjoy animals and nature, you have come to the right place. During the years 2021/22, we lovingly renovated our listed house. ***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.

In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.
