Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Die Villa Kersdorf liegt auf einem weitläufigen, idyllischen, sehr gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz - umgeben von Wäldern und Wasser. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 6Personen nur sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Wasser, umgeben von Wald findet man bei ausgedehnten Spaziergängen oder Radtouren entlang des schönen Scharmützelsee oder wandern sie durch den auch fussläufig erreichbaren Wald Ruhe und Erholung. Bad Saarow und Umgebung bietet für große und kleine Gäste erholsame Abwechslung. Ausflüge nach Berlin oder den Spreewald, erkunden sie geschichtsträchtige Orte. The country workers' house is a wonderful place to meet with family and friends.
