Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. 1Step2AllStars Baumhaus

The 1Step2AllStars tree house (about 23 m²) is nestled in green surroundings in a quiet residential street just 2.5 km from the center. From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

High-quality renovated dream villa, the "forest house." Built in 1875. Here, history meets modern luxury. Relax, work and enjoy in a stylish ambience. A short distance to the airport and Messe Düsseldorf. By metro or car in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center and at the same time directly on the nature reserve of the Düsseldorf Rheinauen, only a few hundred meters from the Rhine. The Forsthaus is located in this unique prime location.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Entspanne dich in diesem ruhigen Naturparadies direkt am See – das Wasser erreichst du in weniger als 20 Schritten. Perfekt zum Angeln, Radfahren und Entspannen in der Natur. Zur Verfügung stehen ein Paddleboard, ein Schlauchboot, zwei Fahrräder, Sportequipment, ein Gaming-Zimmer und ein hochwertiger Beamer für gemütliche Filmabende. Restaurants, Wälder und viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe.
