Luxury apartment 5.5 rooms

5.5 rooms, 180 square meters, freshly renovated, 2 indoor parking spaces, 2 terraces and 1 balcony (total surface 32 square meters), 2 bathrooms (two showers, one bathtub), fire place, laundry room, storage room, geothermal heating system. 30 seconds walk to the forest, 25 minutes by public transport and 10 minutes by private car to either the main station, lake or riverfront, airport or the nightlife-districts. Bus station, and shopping facilities all within walking distance.

Studio in house with garden

We rent our studio (bedroom, living room incl. Office, private toilet) with two balcony accesses (once shared and once separate) during our vacation. The bathroom and the open kitchen are for shared use. The garden is large and offers numerous seating and lingering spaces as well as bathing access to the Schäflibach. It is 17 minutes on foot to Glanzenberg train station, from where a train leaves every quarter of an hour to Zurich main station (12 minutes' journey).

Luxurious river-side appartment

Im renting out a private room with adjacent private bathroom in my luxurious terrace appartment with views on the Limmat river and lush hills behind The spacious appartment is shared just with myself and you can use the living room, kitchen, games room and a exapansive 100m2 partly covered terrace. Enjoy the views with a bbq on the terrace, go for a quick swim in the river or explore the village and hills and nature surrounding the place.

Upper floor Zurich Agglo.

In the center of Birmensdorf; has 2 levels (3rd and 4th floor) connected by e. spiral staircase. Elevator from underground parking, the forecourt (coop, Migros and others) to the 3rd floor. The upper area has 2 rooms and a bathroom, one room remains closed. We rent not continuously. To that extent, some private furnishings of our life are contained in closets. The lower area for common use with me is kitchen, living room & balcony.

The space is a 2 story, 4.5 room apartment on the 4th floor (top floor) with ​​an elevator, south side balcony and ​​a 2min. walk to the Limmat river. 10min. walk to the shopping area, post pharmacy and bus station. 15min walk to Schlieren train station. Parking available on the property for short term stays. I personally do not live here but my girlfriend Lisa (41) and her lovely son Lucio (10).

Capsule for solo travelers and backpackers who are staying for just 1 to 3 nights. Maximum 1 guest per night. Design lovers will love this place. – stylish and minimalistic. The place is 25 minutes by train from Zurich Main Station. (We recommend using Google Maps route planner.) Important: Please never leave the key in the lock from the inside – the door cannot be opened if you do.
