This flat is situated in a the perfect area if you want to visit Zurich. Its close enough to the action but quiet and tranquil as well when you are home. The tram stations are on your doorstep that connects you to everything. 1 minute and you are walking along the Zurich lake.

Marco ist ein super Host, sehr kommunikativ, voraussehend, hat alles für unser Baby vorbereitet (Babybett, Hochstuhl) und uns einen genialen Aufenthalt bereitet. Die Lage ist klasse, gleich am Fluss und bei den Bädern. Dennoch schnell zu Fuss im Stadtzentrum mit sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar mit einem Geschirrspüler. Das Badezimmer gross. Es gibt einen Service-Raum mit Waschmaschinen, Trocknern, Dyson-Staubsauger etc. Das kam uns sehr gelegen. Vielen Dank, Marco!

Great Airbnb, the kitchen was well equipped (even had a toaster and full on stove) very clean apartment, with bed linens and towels the location was about 10 min walk from the HB or by tram (2 stops away) and this was very convenient also they gave us a crib and a high chair for the baby- and was well used thanks for a lovely stay!

Notre hôte était très accueillant et nous a accompagné par messages tout au long de notre séjour. Il était très réactif pour la moindre question. A recommander.

El apartamento está situado en una zona que me interesaba y muy bien comunicado con el centro y otros lugares. El apartamento es efectivamente espacioso y tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. Todo está bien organizado y limpio. Ha sido muy agradable vivir en este apartamento

Great place. Loved the location, as it was so close to bus stop and train station. Market right below which was so convenient. Place was clean and had what we needed. Without A/C we were given fans and it kept us plenty comfortable! Communication was great with Book A Home & we felt safe being in another country in a new place.

Tolles Appartement mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Alles vorhanden, was man für eine temporäre Unterkunft braucht. Der Service von Book a Home AG war wirklich super.

Unterkunft wurde als Ersatz gebucht für 5 Wochen (Wasserschaden in der eigenen Wohnung). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett, haben immer schnell reagiert und eine Lösung für alles gefunden. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Würde wieder kommen! :-)

We had a great stay at EMA House in Zurich. The staff were excellent both professional and personable, making us feel truly welcome. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower pressure was outstanding (a small detail that makes a big difference!). A huge bonus was the air conditioning. There were several days when the temperatures reached well into the 80s and 90s, so it was a real relief to return to a cool, comfortable apartment. The location is also a big plus within easy walking distance to multiple train stations and well-connected to the rest of the city.

Super Unterkunft, absolut ruhig, super bequemes Bett. Sehr praktisch, dass man durch den Schloss-Code keinen Schlüssel mitnehmen muss. Umgebung Seefeld ist sehr angenehm und wenig touristisch, ich empfehle Restaurant Tüfenegg, Confiserie Freytag und coop Höschgasse. Das Seebad Tiefenbrunnen ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, perfekt zum Schwimmen im See. Mit der Tram 4 ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Zürichbesuch wieder hier wohnen.

We loved staying here! Close to a tram stop that made navigating Zürich easy. The combo washer and dryer was so helpful! Looked just like the photos.

Snel contact met host voor de sleutel (<5 min wachttijd). Dicht bij trams, HB binnen 10 minuten bereikbaar. Uitstekende schoonmaak, elke 2 dagen werd het appartement schoongemaakt en bedden ververst etc. Veilige buurt ook bij later thuiskomen.

Great place to stay at with all the amenities! We even had a baby bed which was very convenient for our 9 month old baby. Highly recommend for a stay in Zurich!

Great place, with separate rooms (upstairs & downstairs)! The neighborhood is walkable to the bus stop (2 min) and a train station (10 min). There's a small market in the basement of the building, & a larger supermarket (3 min walk). The hosts responded quickly & were very helpful! No AC (warmer than usual), so floor fans and extra pillows were delivered at our request. Perfect! They also gave great ideas for day trips and directed us to bus/train routes/food. (don't miss Rheinfall and Schaffhausen!) The apartment is in a busy urban area. So traffic noises and truck deliveries are not uncommon to hear - but never too early or late. The roof top terrance is wonderful. The smaller balcony is great - but be mindful that cigarette smoke can enter from the neighbors. We loved the simplicity of the place, cooked breakfast every morning, watched Netflix at night. It was a perfect fit for the four of us. Highly recommend!
