You can walk to the Hallenstadion for a concert and leave your car for free. The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but it does have a garden with a barbecue area. Attention: The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator (48 steps). At the moment, there is a construction site next to the house, there may be some construction noise from 7:00 am. Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation.

In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.
