(bed1: 160*200 cm bed – bed2: 160*200 cm) - on the 1st: Large living room: very well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room (convertible sofa: 140*200 cm) Free Wi-Fi, TV. Very quiet because at the back of the courtyard of a private mansion set back from the street. Great for 2/4 people.

Located in the arquebuse district, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and the Cité de la gastronomie and 10 minutes from downtown (Darcy Square). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I specify that the apartment is on the railway side, even if it is well insulated (sound curtains, acoustic panels...) noise disturbances are present. Please do not book if you are sensitive to noise.

You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
