Located in the Arquebuse district, a 5-minute walk from the train station and the Cité de la Gastronomie and 10 minutes from the city center (Place Darcy). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I would like to point out that the apartment is close to the train station, even if it is well insulated (sound curtains, acoustic panels, etc.) noise nuisances are present. Please do not book if you are sensitive to noise.
