In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Nestled in the peaceful hills of Burgundy with the vineyards of Beaune just a stone’s throw away, The Writer’s Cabin is the perfect cozy hide away to unplug, slow down and recharge. For a romantic get away, some me-time all by yourself or to work an a creative project. Relax as you enjoy the views of the woods, admire the incredibly starry skies we get here from your private hot tub or read a book in the swing chair on the deck or curled up in the sofa inside in front of the wood burner.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
