This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Centrally located just 4 blocks from Main St, 0.7 miles from the Peak 9 base area, and two blocks from Carter Park, you can park your car in the driveway and enjoy Breck on foot. Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the evening, cook a meal in the full kitchen, and enjoy the foam mattress at bedtime!

This is one half of a duplex that was recently renovated. It has 2 levels with the main living area, kitchen, dining and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is another living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a washer and dryer). Our kitchen is fully equipped so that you could cook meals. The living areas have large TVs and board games. We have 3 desks available if you need to work or study. There is a gas BBQ and a private hot tub in the back yard.
