Very responsive host; beautiful house; close to the slopes

Nice and roomy place that is modern. Clean, well organized with access to a hot tub and a pool. Quite and safe neighborhood. Alyce is wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again. A couple things to note, hallway to the condo is very run down. Bathroom and kitchen are modern but some of the furniture is old and dated

We had a great stay. The space was very quiet. Watched beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We were comfortable and felt at home.

The location was perfect with beautiful views from the bedrooms - very short drive to ski resorts! The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub, after skiing!

Wonderful condo! The place was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy! The linens were clean and soft; beds and pillows were comfortable. A great place to come back to from any outing and relax. Highly recommend staying here!

Kelley's place was perfect for my daughter and me! The Airbnb had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen, cozy living room & dining area, TV & Wifi. We had a super time skiing nearby during the day, and then came back to such a comfortable space for making dinner and relaxing. My daughter went running every day around the neighborhood, which was quiet, safe and beautiful! Kelley was definitely friendly and responsive any time we had a question. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

Location was great, located right next to the Super Bee lift which made it ready for a day of skiing. Loved that we could bring our dog with us too. The unit had everything we needed including a full kitchen and laundry. We will definitely stay here again.

Lloyd's BnB is a great place to stay. The beautiful mountain setting, the charming creek and the fact that EVERYTHING you could possibly need for is less than 10 minutes away are all reasons to come back. I would ^ HIGHLY ^ recommend this Air BnB to anyone with dogs, mountain lovers or anyone who wants a picturesque getaway from the city without having to be too far away from all the amentities a city provides. Great place to relax after skiing. Loved the hot tub, kitchen was very stocked, everything was in working order. Condo could use some more updates, we would stay again. Can’t wait to see what Ash does next. Great place!

We thought this place was marvelous. Nature all around, but close to amenities and adventure. 6 deer in front yard. mountain bluejays . beds oh so comfy, shower great. I slept on the porch.. excellent use of space. really good lighting for reading. rushing Creek out kitchen window. glorious.

My sister stayed here and loved it! She enjoyed how peaceful it was and she even got to see moose and elk and other wildlife. It was the highlight of her stay!

Michael and Naomi's place was amazing. It was so convenient to downtown, was easy to check-in, and they were even able to help us with an earlier check-in. The place was clean and well kept. The bedroom mattress was a bit firm for our liking, but the apartment/condo was a very welcoming stay after long days of hiking. The hot-tub and pool areas are also well maintained and right next to the condo! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Breck! I definitely recommend if you want a convenient stay to downtown, amenities, and your own space.

Beautiful condo and great location for skiing at Copper and snowmobiling at White Mountain. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna at the clubhouse several nights, dinners in Frisco and an afternoon in Breckenridge. Nice fireplace and selection of games. Access to a humidifier was also nice!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

Exceptional. From the communication to the cleanliness, accuracy, comfort, ease of arrival and departure I cannot say enough good things about this place. Bed and pull out beds are very comfortable with plenty of linens provided, bathrooms are stocked and clean, same with the kitchen. Great views. Location is perfect for a short stroll to town, walking/biking paths and plenty of other fun things to do and great food/coffee/drinks. We would definitely book this place or one of his other places. This place is excellent! There is plenty of room and it was spotless, functional, and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and there is good storage space. The clubhouse/ pool is right across the parking lot. I would definitely stay again!

We had such a great time staying here. Colorado was beautiful in the summer and I loved the views of the mountains and the lake from the windows in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The place was lovely and it is a great location. It was a great private get away.
