This house is our main residence, which we rent out during our vacations/weekends. Beautiful 160 m2 farmhouse, south-facing, all stone, typically Breton, with 3000 m2 of land both in the countryside and close to major tourist sites (Mont St Michel/Saint Malo/Cancale/Dinard...). Great for families with 2 children. We do not charge a cleaning fee because we are counting on you to do it and take care of our house.

Its completely independent access from the owners' house will allow you to fully enjoy your stay. Access to the spa is in addition to the nightly price (€20 for 2 sessions) Tourist tax: €0.60 per adult per day to be paid on site.

1st of our 2 cottages located in a 1 ha property (Each cottage has its own listing): Old bakery converted into a 65 m2 independent house with fireplace, full spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) ENTIRELY PRIVATE. Bath and toilet towels, sheets provided, (bathrobes not provided), breakfast without supplement (dropped off at your door), barbecue (charcoal not provided).

An old Breton farmhouse from the late 19th century, our gîte offers calm and authenticity. Large living room with original wooden fireplace and large kitchen ideal for preparing good meals with the family. The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. At the back, a large garden to enjoy the sun and meet with family, as in the days of our grandparents.
