Enjoy watching the sea and the weather change shape. Here you are sitting on the first floor and can enjoy watching the beautiful sailboats pass in the fairway through Havstenssund. The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. In Havstenssund, you get a genuine and relaxing experience of Bohuslän.

Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Beläget i granitens rike med många fina berg, omtyckta av bergsklättrare. I närområdet finns det många salta bad, golfbanor, djurpark, bergsklättring och vandringsleder. Busshållplatsen heter Uteby och har väldigt bra bussförbindelser. 600m från huset

Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten båt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

The apartment consists of a kitchen and living room with an open plan, toilet and two bedrooms. From us in Dale, it is about 30 minutes to the coast, whether you want to take a trip to, for example, Orust, Lysekil, Smögen or Grebbestad. Even in Munkedal there is much to do such as hiking, golfing, paddling, mini golf, swimming in both salt and fresh water.
