"Künstlerhaus am Mühlenberg" with oven+garden sauna

Spend relaxing days in the "Künstlerhaus Am Mühlenberg" – a holiday and gallery house in a beautiful location on a hill at the foot of the windmill built in 1748 in Uelsen. In front of the house you can see the town center with the park lake and the old church, which is only a few minutes' walk away, while in the garden behind the house you can enjoy space and tranquility and the view of the surrounding meadows and fields. Here you can switch off, relax and recharge your batteries for everyday life.

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Little guest apartment with rural charm

This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Unique estate in nature near Ootmarsum

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of the Springendal nature reserve, a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have one of the ten apartments that is fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have a nice breakfast or lunch, we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a local special beer.

Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

In a unique location near the center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is equipped with every comfort, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike.
