This simple and cozy cottage is full of basic comforts and is centrally located on a beautiful nature campsite in the nature reserve Het Lutterzand. During the camping season, you are welcome to use all the facilities of the campsite. For children, there are fun activities, go-karts and bicycles. From the cottage you cycle/walk directly into nature. It is a beautiful base from which to discover the Twente landscape. Next to the property is a restaurant with a miniature golf course.

Deze woning is een mooie vakantiebestemming voor maximaal 6 personen. De woning bevindt zich in een natuurrijke omgeving, aan de rand van en dichtbij de stad. Er is een prachtig uitzicht over tuin en weilanden. In de zomer kun je heerlijk relaxen in de ruime tuin naast de vissen in de vijver. LET OP! Huisdieren zijn alleen mogelijk in overleg. Verder is de woning rolstoeltoegankelijk en is er een traplift aanwezig. Gebruik hiervan is alleen mogelijk op aanvraag vooraf.

It features two comfortable bedrooms, both with a double bed. The modern kitchen, complete with a combi-oven, offers everything you need to cook for yourself. The stylish bathroom is equipped with a luxury rain shower. The cottage has an air of tranquility and coziness and features a wood-burning stove.

Our holiday home has its own parking space and offers a fully independent, single-storey living space in a beautiful country house. You can store and charge your bikes in the lockable garden house with veranda.

This great accommodation is located in beautiful quiet Twente, and guarantees fun with the whole family and is of course suitable to stay with a group of friends or the family. The house is next door to our own house, and an ultimate place for lovers of peace and nature. Our house is located on a sandy road near the edge of the nature reserve "Cirkels van Jannink”. The cozy and cozily furnished holiday home was completely renovated in 2023.

The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have a private bathroom, on the first floor the 3 bedrooms must share the 2 bathrooms.
