Vorhanden sind eine komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile. Die Infrarotheizung kann der Gast selbst einstellen. Bad mit WC, Waschbecken, Dusche(warmes Wasser), Waschmaschine, Blick ins Grüne. Neben der ausziehbaren Bettcouch (160 x 200) unten gibt es auf der Empore ein weiteres Bett (100 x 200) sowie ein Kinderbett (70 x 160).

The village of Mattsies is located approx. 10 minutes from the A96 and thus all relevant destinations such as Augsburg, Munich, Memmingen, Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer, Lake Constance, etc. can be reached in approx. 60 minutes and less. The apartment is excellently designed for long-term stays. Please read everything under "Your accommodation" and "Other relevant information"! The garden and terrace can also be used. Mattsies is also in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests.

Here, the infrared mirror also ensures the feel-good temperature. In the loft of the Tinyhouse is a 4 x 2.20 m bed with a fantastic view over the alpine pasture.

We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
