Ground-level and barrier-free apartment in Lohne, Kroge district (right on the Jakobsweg). The apartment is located on the edge of the forest in direct vicinity to St. Anna Stift. Bakery and pizzeria are right next door. The apartment is in the center of the village of Kroge directly on the bike path to Lake Dümmer. The Dümmer is about 12 km away and can be reached quickly by bicycle. Ideal for pilgrims, visitors to the nursing home or even fitters who like to cook themselves. Four-legged friends are also welcome.

Auch das Hallenbad und das Schulzentrum mit der Priv. Hochschule sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Whg. verfügt über einen Wohn-/Schlafraum, mit Boxspringbett (160x200) und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse, begehbare Dusche, vollausgest. Küche mit kleinem Essbereich. Ausflugsziele: Dümmer (ca. 11 km mit dem Rad) Dammer- u. Stemweder Berge

Apartment in Damme

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

Die Unterkunft ist für eine Auszeit oder auch optimal für Berufspendler geeignet. Vermietet wird das gesamte Erdgeschoss mit einem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem gemütlichem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Vor dem Haus kann direkt geparkt werden. Der Garten wird zwischenzeitlich gepflegt, lediglich die Mülltonnen müssten an die Straße gestellt werden (pro Woche 1-2 Tonnen). :) Es handelt sich um ein 2 Parteien Haus, bei der die obere Wohnung vermietet ist.

A highlight is the view of the "Moorbachtal" from the large conservatory. Washing machine, towels and fresh linens are present.

This cozy attic apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet residential area above a garage in beautiful Lastrup and has its own entrance. It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

Cozy modern bungalow 2021-2022 rebuild bungalow for 4 people, modern with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area and covered outdoor terrace. Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.
