Higher Brook Shepherd's Hut

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

Large, open spaces - remote and countrified but close to Dartmoor National Park - 20 mins, beach (25 mins Bantham, Bigbury, Mothecombe). Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).

The Annex at Hollymount Cottage

Perfect for short getaways; a small, cosy, stylish, self contained annex which is part of a family home. The listed cottage is set in the AONB village of Avonwick; on the edge of the South Hams, Totnes, Dartmoor and the South coast The Annex has it's own entrance, little galley, desk area, double bedroom and little en-suite shower room. Living in the main house are a sociable, young family of three and a dog! We can organise a cot for 0-2 year olds
