Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Discovery Bay

I was impressed by Phuong's responsiveness and friendliness! The house had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and air conditioning that kept us more than comfortable in 104'F weather. Very likely to stay again!

The house was great and accommodated our family well. The bedrooms were large and it was nice to have a third bathroom. With small kids, they had plenty of room to play and the bunk bed room was perfect. Everyone had a great time.

Wonderful home, Super clean, boat dock access is wonderful, quiet neighborhood, plenty of amenities for a family.

We really loved our visit at Adolfo and Stevie’s home. It was so relaxing and such a nice getaway. We really enjoyed the backyard and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to get a vacation like experience. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. 5+ Stars!

Ryan’s place was beautiful. Prime location at point with panoramic views of water from house and dock. Outdoor space was a major selling point for us and used extensively. Outdoor grill, gas fireplace, hot tub, lighted grill countertop and plenty of seating with twinkling lights. Kayaks were a hit as well as private dock for our ski boat. Plenty of bedrooms with comfy beds and bedding and a fully stocked kitchen.

Karen was extremely accommodating, communicative, proactive and responsive to needs. This home was better than the pictures. So adorable and clean. I swear the host thought of all the littlest details, from makeup rags, baby utensils to cold refrigerated waters and even birthday candles just in case. It was truly a home away from home. Amy was a fabulous host and her place is ideally located - only a few blocks from downtown. It is very well appointed and had everything one could possibly need. The three apartment set up is awesome for big groups/ families that want to be together but have some privacy as well. I would definitely recommend Amy’s place to anyone . It was a great experience. Amy was very accommodating and easy to work with.

From check-in to check-out, the team they had was very helpful and responsive. They were quick to refill supplies when I ran from the length of my stay. All communication was polite and friendly. The kitchenette was a nice feature to have since I stayed for two weeks. The mini fridge was able to hold a lot. They also had a two burner stovetop which made cooking faster for a couple of meals I had. Their desk area served multiple purposes for me such as dining, grooming, gaming, and lastly, study. This quaint apartment style stay was rather easy to navigate to and from. The location is close to many restaurants and fast food, some not even a five minutes drive from the location. The nearest grocery store was just up the street, so it made running errands fairly easy. Even when I had to have a haircut from a salon, it was just right up the main street. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive and accommodating at the last minute. Felt very home like and comfortable. Definitely would come back and recommend to anyone.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

The place was in a really nice area wasn’t too far from shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet which is nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone stopping by the city

Couldn’t have chosen a better Airbnb for our extended stay of nearly 5 months and host. Carolina is incredible, caring, super helpful with recommendations for my little family, from places to go eat, parks, gyms, etc. We even saw her husband for chiropractic adjustments, which was amazing. The place was beautiful, had everything we needed, and close to so many incredible restaurants, parks, shopping, etc. Carolina definitely went above and beyond, always super responsive and trying to make sure our stay was comfortable as possible. She even stocked up our fridge with our food staples so when we got in, we could have food to eat and not stress about it (which is nice after flying for over 24 hours with two little kids) and anything we needed or she thought we needed, would just supply it I will definitely book again when we come back again and am so grateful we found our little home away from home when we come back to America to visit family.
