Welcome to our Duinhuisje in the dunes of Zoutelande, with the beach less than 100 meters away. Close to bigger places like Middelburg, Domburg and Veere. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Compleet mooi appartement! Van alle gemakken voorzien: 4 fietsen zijn inbegrepen evenals een goed ingerichte strandcabine (eind april tot half september) bij duinovergang Kaapduin. 2 slaapkamers met boxsprings (140x200) en wastafels. Keuken met combi-oven, espressomachine, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Badkamer met toilet, douche met rainshower. Balkon met schitterend uitzicht op duinen met tafel, stoelen en zonnescherm over gehele breedte. Ons appartement is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Heerlijk relaxen in uw comfortabele woning. Heel Walcheren met de fiets! Dishoek heeft diverse restaurantjes en strandtenten waar het ook heerlijk eten is ! U kunt uw auto op eigen terrein parkeren eventueel dicht bij uw verblijf. Fietsen kunnen in een afgesloten gebouw. Uw E-bikes kunt u daar opladen. Er is ook ruimte voor scooter of motor. Er zijn veel plekjes om te zitten! We hebben evt. ook een gasbarbecue voor u klaarstaan ! Onze accommodatie is niet geschikt voor kinderen!

The cottage is for two adults or a couple with 1 child under 16 years old. Not suitable for three adults. Own parking space. Self check-in. The ceiling in the living room is low (190m). Because of the design with a lot of art, we call it an 'art cottage'. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Jura espresso, oyster knife and wine cooler. Free WIFI. Listen to the collection of classic Vinyl. Bathroom downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy the sea, the dunes and the peace.

Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Tiny House/Studio by the Sea

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

DE ZEVENKLAPPER, sleeping by the sea.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Apartment close to beach and dunes

This completely newly furnished apartment is located near the beach (10-minute walk), from the balcony you have a nice view of the dunes. The apartment is cozily decorated with a "beach look" and is suitable for 4 people (2 bedrooms). Balcony on the southwest and a private parking space. The kitchen has an oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. WiFi available. There is a playground to play. Towels and bedding are provided.

In our big garden, there is a cute little house all to yourselves. From the garden, you can see the lighthouse. Pets aren't allowed. 2 lovely box spring beds, private shower, toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. Park your car for free at your accommodation or charge your bike at your cottage (bring your own charger) Enjoy a beach walk to Vlissingen, the beautiful bike paths or a day in historic Middelburg!
