One double bedroom is available, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Direct parking is available right in front of the house.

The loggia overlooking the garden provides relaxing moments. Wi-Fi and free parking are available. Ideal for families, nature lovers, business travelers and mechanics.

Historic Farm House in Countryside

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.

Up to four guests can be accommodated in our beautiful basement apartment, which is located directly on the Teutoburg Forest and close to the Hermannsweg! The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.

In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. The modern furnished apartment is barrier-free and offers everything that makes your stay easier. It is located close to nature. The kitchen and living room are combined. The equipment with, among other things, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher gives you many options to take care of yourself. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a loft bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a TV.

Are you in Gütersloh for business or are you just visiting privately? The apartment is definitely ideal for this. It is fully furnished and is located on a quiet side street near downtown Gütersloh. The apartment is 39 square meters, is on the second floor and belongs to a six-family house with very quiet tenants. Built in 1984, the house is well maintained. The apartment is also ideal for longer stays in Gütersloh.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. Internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
