I truly loved staying at this place; it’s in an ideal location, close to everything you might need in Saigon, from local markets and cafes to main attractions and public transport. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washer, which made things super convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the space felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It made my time in this beautiful city even more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The spacious room had everything I needed, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was exceptionally nice, always checking in to ensure everything was okay and offering help. Their fast responses were greatly appreciated.

Ideal location in Ho Chi Minh City in its green residency area , and short distance to all attractions in town. The host is real super-host, easy communications and always being helpful. You can’t find better. Highly recommended, for sure!

Great place to stay in District 3, close to all of the attractions in District1, although you need to ride in a Grab to get into most of the sites in District 1 unless you’re willing to walk 20-30 minutes each way. The apartment itself is fantastic, very clean and in a great building. Ahn was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The only downsides being that the water pressure in the showers was not very strong and the ensuite bathroom fan has a squeaking sound. Every night the beer garden across the road played extremely loud music until 10pm, so on the nights when we had early morning pick-ups booked for tours, we had to wear ear plugs to go to sleep. Overall a great stay for one week.

This location was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find for our taxi service pickup. Building felt very well kept and extra plus there was security onsite. Felt like an upscale building. The unit itself was very clean. We had someone meet us for check-in and he walked us through the unit to show us all the features of the home. We found it super convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit as we were just coming off a week of traveling in Bali/Singapore. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Really appreciated the flexibility of holding our luggage past our check-out time so we could continue to explore the neighborhood. Would book again.

Great location, nice pool and gym. Walking distance from markets, restaurants and shopping centres (or a short taxi drive).

We stayed two weeks and loved the place as it was home from home not sterile AirBNB. Beautiful furniture, books, good kitchen ( for Vietnam) and pool was great in May’s heat. Brilliant area for central Saigon. Communications amazing and proactive. Thanks.

I was worried about using Airbnb for the first time, but the owner, Lilie, gave me immediate advice on any inquiries, which was really helpful.This time, I was worried about arriving in the middle of the night, so I asked to pick you up.I was relieved to hear that you handled it properly.In addition, due to the sudden overlap of a sudden business trip, I had to buy evening dresses, and I was wondering what to do in Ho Chi Minh City, where I was staying for the first time, but I was grateful to those who told me about the boutiques that fit the budget and responded quickly to home delivery such as accessories.The receptionist in the room was also kind and polite.I was able to ask for laundry, etc., and I had a comfortable stay.Lilie was also able to enjoy Ho Chi Minh.I would definitely come back to Ho Chi Minh City or recommend it to a friend.

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

We stayed 8 days, the apartment is located in fancy well maintained condo block and situated in a nice neighborhood. Pool & gym are great features to use. Quan was very responsive and helped with all our requests. Can highly recommend

Annie was a responsive host. We organised airport transfer with her and that made our trip seamless and stress free. The apartment building had great facilities with a lovely rooftop deep pool and moderate gym. The apartment was mostly clean but not 100% spotless but still was very good. The shower head and bathtub require maintenance as one shower head can’t be mounted and the other shower head was flimsy. Excellent location. 5-10 minutes walking to diamond plaza, book street, cathedral. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a well furnace one bedroom apartment. The apartment has amazing views of the lit up walking street in the city lights at night. A beautiful pool on the roof. It’s a short walk to a popular Ben Thanh market and other major shopping malls. Many coffee, shops and restaurants. I recommend Jimmy’s pizza right across the street. The host is extremely responsive and took care of any questions I had.

Thao's place was very spacious and clean. The communal swimming pool in the complex is impressive, spanning about 50m long. There is a bbq and seating area for free usage, as well as gym and yoga classes available for a fee. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is easily accessible by foot. We enjoyed our stay as it was comfortable and everything needed is within close proximity. Thao was very helpful and assisted with all our needs. We will choose to stay here again next time!
