this is already 7th time i have been there. Absolutely the best place to stay in HCM, u can't find another place better

The house is quaint tucked away in a quiet Hem of Saigon next to a lot of good restaurants and vendors. The host is very courteous and responsive. The house is clean and has cool AC rooms. Leaf definitely gives a full authentic South East Asian experience. Thank you again for a great stay!

I recently stayed at The Marq in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a fantastic experience. The building itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with beautiful interiors. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with high-end amenities. The location is ideal – close to popular attractions, great restaurants, and shopping areas, yet situated in a peaceful neighborhood that offers a break from the city’s fast pace. I highly recommend The Marq for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!

We had a great time staying at Ruby's place. The neighborhood is most prime place in HCMC, many cafe, restaurant at walkable distance. Host was very responsive. Will stay here again when come back to hcmc

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

This Parisian inspired Airbnb was the perfect fit for our large party of 7 adults and 3 kids for 4 nights. Each room has its own wet room which included shower, sink and toilet inside each bedroom/common room. This place clean, quiet and beautiful with security guards who were helpful friendly. The condo was placed on the 18th floor with an incredible view of the city over looking Cho Ben Thanh, subway station. Everything from nails salons , spas, street food, amazing restaurants, shopping, and hospitals were in 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. We were able to appreciate the rooftop infinity pool every day. There is a store nearby that sells life jackets. Most importantly we really appreciate Penelope the hostess. She addressed every issue we had quickly and was helpful. I would recommend this perfectly located kid friendly place for any large parties. I would definitely come back if this place.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

We had a nice four week stay. The bed, sofa and other furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure for the shower. When we had a few issues upon arrival, it was addressed immediately. The air conditioner worked great and the apartment had plenty of space. The building is very close to the metro which was easy to use. The building amenities were a bit disappointing. The workout room equipment was not working properly and was not well looked after. To use the pool you have to get the security guard to program the elevator. All in all it was a success!

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

Perfect stay at this location. Location was close to Ben Thanh Market so it was easy to walk to get food and easy to call Grabs for transportation. The view was definitely worth it and would stay here again. Clean and spacious apartment for two people.
