Review: 2-Bedroom Apartment in District 1 – Great Location & Top-Notch Amenities I recently stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment in District 1, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and spacious. It’s fully furnished, so there’s no need to buy anything extra. Both bedrooms have large windows, letting in plenty of natural light, which makes the space feel even more open and airy. What impressed me the most were the amenities: • A large, clean swimming pool—perfect for relaxing. • A well-equipped gym, so there’s no need for an external membership. • A sauna for unwinding after a long day. I had a fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable place in District 1, with great facilities and a prime location, this apartment is definitely worth considering!

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Apartment was located in a tranquil private neighbourhood with convenience stores located right below. Rooms were clean and tidy. Phung personally came to pick me up when I arrived and was attentive and friendly. Even sat down to have a chat while I was waiting for the rest of my group to arrive. Had to book another room on last minute notice a couple of days later and she even offered to help me find one late at night. Great stay overall and would recommend to book with her!

La estancia fue increíble, una de las mejores zonas para alojarse, pude dormir como un bebé, me quedé una semana completa y se me pasó Super rápido, sin duda, volvería a quedarme ahí, todo me quedaba muy cerca desde restaurantes, hasta sitios de interés, todo podía llegar caminando, la comunicación siempre fue muy buena y me ayudaron un montón, espero volver muy pronto

We loved our stay in Apartment 14B! It's well furnished and decorated in a way that makes it feel cosy and homely. It had all of the essentials we needed. We stayed for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The balcony was our favourite part, the perfect place to sit with a drink and watch the busy streets. The location was incredible for exploring District 1 and beyond, and the new Ben Thanh metro station is only a minute away! The apartment is in an old local building, so it’s good to be aware of that. It is a wet bathroom and the traffic noise can be quite loud, but Tram thought of everything we might need, from ear plugs to a mop for keeping the bathroom dry. It didn't bother us because of how great everything else was. Tram’s service was what stood out the most to us, she was thoughtful, kind and helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do (and eat). I really can’t stress enough what an amazing host she was ❤️ we hope we can come back one day!

Enjoyed stayed here in Phu Nhuan much more than my stay in a hotel in District 1. Check in was really easy and it definitely has a much more local feel to the area than the super touristy parts of HCMC. The bed is really comfortable, AC works great, and the unit is really unique and cool. The free laundry service was a great touch and really helpful for me. Thao responded to me right away always and was helpful with the questions I asked her. It’s a short scooter ride or about a 20 minute walk to Tanh Dinh market and there’s lots of other local restaurants etc around. I really felt at home here and I wish I could have stayed here longer.

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

We had a great time in HCMC and Mimi's place was perfect for our group of 7. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and easy to locate. it was easy to walk to places or catch a grab somewhere. The locals had some music out during Saturday and I was fun to listen to. The place cools down nicely, the third floor AC was leaking a hit but still worked great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in HCMC again!!

We had a great stay at Hai’s place. The location was in easy walking distance to a bunch of cafes and food spots which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed here for one night due to our prior flight arrangements, so the proximity to the airport was also a plus (sub-15 minute ride). Our only issue was a woman across the street who continuously yelled throughout the entire night. We didn’t get much sleep because of this, but it’s certainly not a reflection on the quality of Hai’s apartment - just something to note.

The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

Je recommande le logement de Austin et Vanessa qui sont réactifs et très sympathiques. Parfait si vous avez besoin d’un moment calme en couple ou en solo. Ce n’est pas loin du centre de Saigon à 5-10 min du D1.

The location of the place is quite convenient and there is many food location nearby. Below the stay, they offered 24/7 coffee place which is warming

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall July was a great host and took care of me. The place was accurately described. Very clean and bright. When I messaged her for support, she was responsive and took care of me. Appreciate her very much. I would book with her again.

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.
