Studio is a private room on the 4th floor of the house .Although the room is a bit high, it has a balcony with nice view , quiet.There is a fully equipped kitchen to easily prepare delicious meals. walkway is a formal wooden staircase for guests. The space in the room is equipped with internet TV, comfortable refrigerator and private bathroom So, it is a good choice if you have a little luggage and you want to do exercise everyday. Moreover, there is a large terrace on the top roof( 5 floor).

Cozy, very clean studio on 5th floor (no elevator). Private wooden stairs access. Fully equipped: kitchen, microwave, fridge, office chair. Not suitable for guests with heavy luggage or leg/mobility issues. 🌿 Spacious balcony with a full, open, unobstructed view, plenty of natural light and fresh air. 🌆 Above the studio is a large rooftop terrace , there is a washing machine. Nearby: market, coffee shops, restaurants, Canal. Only 1 motorbike parking spot available. Room cleaned weekly
