Amazing penthouse, stunning view of the city, good AC.

Stayed there in the month of June of 2025 The place is very safe. Security is always around . I stayed at the studio apartment for 10 days and loved every day there. There's a key fob for the elevator and a key for your room. Also security cameras are in the hall way and the pool is nice. The AC system is awesome you'll definetly stay cool inside. The place is close to plenty of places to get food fast and also it's close to tourist spots Im actually considering going back again in a few months. I rate the place a 5 star place I have not one complaint about this place. Also taxi cab drivers get to this area fast. If your coming from America etc remember to download the Grab app to order a driver etc by app. You'll save alot of money on cab fare. It's used by millions here. Also check out the resturant connected to the building . The food and tea is great there 👍. This area is safe for taking walks . Owners allowed me to get an early check in also Robert R. Apart from not having a convenience store nearby, I was satisfied with everything.

It’s amazing experience, the home which in photo was not ready although but host have arranged some other place which was really nice and that also in time ( good two flat in high rise building ) I really appreciate for the quick response and action He is really was help in all tracking and communicating before arrival I strongly recommending this place

Natalie was so friendly, flexible and responsible. She even helped carry our luggage, checked us in, showed us the beautiful condo at 2 am! What a beautiful view from the condo. Every morning and night, from the bedroom and the living, I felt so relaxed watching the view of the river, bridges, the buildings, lights and traffic.This is a very safe and convenient area. Security team was so nice and extreme helpful! I would highly recommend Natalie and River Gate condo!!! Thank you so much again, Natalie!

We had an pleasant stay at Mai's place in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean. The location is good with plenty of convenient stores nearby and pretty close to District 1. The unit has a dryer, so it was convenient for us, especially after a long day of exploring the city in the hot weather. The host also provides plenty of essentials for your stays. We almost did not have to buy anything extra. The wifi was great, and we had no problems working remotely. Moreover, Mai was an exceptional host – very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. She let us check in early. Overall, we highly recommend Mai's place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

I really enjoyed the location, practically in the heart of Ho Chi Minh while also quiet (for a big city) and felt safe. The side-street location is charming and I liked being able to look down from the balcony to watch the shops and people outside at the start of their day. The roof-top, accessible to guests, offers a scenic view not to be missed. I also enjoyed the 125,000 vnd rooftop breakfast offered by the establishment right next door. My husband and I had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Huong’s place. The place was spotless and the value for money was very good. It was close to the main attractions but very quiet which was ideal!

We had a very last minute book (like 10min before check-in time) and Dzuy was incredibly responsive and helpful with getting everything with the booking all setup and perfect for us. The apartment itself was stunning, even better than the pictures! Everything was very clean and modern. The best part had to be the view… the view had cities, greenery, the river, and mountains in the background. The location of the apartment is in a very quiet area, but there are still many things to do within walking distance! I would 1000% return to this booking in a heartbeat.

It is a great place for a longer stay. The most important part is that it’s quiet! It’s located in a central area, but you don’t hear any noise from the streets. It is the cleanest place I have ever been to on Airbnb. The cleaning team deserves a raise they do a great job! The security guards are always nice and helpful. The gym is small but has everything needed for simple, private training. It’s a cozy, small building. The flat has everything you need. I highly recommend it for longer stays. The internet is also strong and fast. Communication with the landlords is great. Worth the price!

The amenities were top-notch, making it a perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the lifestyle in Ho Chi Minh City away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. As a digital nomad and a lover of Japanese culture, I felt right at home. Highly recommend for a peaceful and culturally rich stay!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

We stayed in this home for 11 days in a great location. There are several shops on the street as well as a laundry service. The room is spacious and clean, cleaning is done every 3 days. There are a lot of ants, as mentioned in the reviews. The balcony is a real plus! Two cats are present in the building; they are very cute, but if you are allergic it can be a problem. I thank our host Hâu for his kindness as well as his recommendations. Don't hesitate to talk to him: he will know how to guide you and give you good addresses.

Tuyet Phi has been a great host. The apartment so far has been a great place. Has everything you need for a stay. Comfortable and very well located! Close to everything. As Vietnam is VERY safe, is very convenient to always walk from the place.
