The apartment is nice and clean. Check-in was also clear and easy too. Thank you to Haina for helping us to change apartments when the next door unit was undergoing renovations.

Had an amazing stay for over a month. The space was cozy and Thuy made me feel right at home. The complex is quiet, however there is lots to do. Two amazing pools, a gym, and a great sauna/steam room. Not to mention two great stores right at the bottom of the complex. Getting a grab is easy to take you wherever you want to go. Cannot recommend highly enough, can’t wait to be back!

Ling’s place is a clean, quiet, and comfortable place with plenty amenities. The location is great with several coffee shops around. Ling is a great host; very supportive, communicative, responsive and informative.

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.

Overall i had a good stay, a newly built apartment in isolated and newly developed area, therefore don’t expect there will be quite many shops or minimart in surroundings for now. But the best thing here is that Minh is a host with a top-notch hospitality, first, she personally come over to greet me and guide me everything about the house during the check-in, she is easy and very well to communicate with big-hearted and mutual understanding. It’s a blessing to get hosted by her.

its my second time staying here , Binh is a responsive host that helped me in many ways and has made my stay in his properties really comfortable i always look for Binh for my stays in Saigon and give full trust. the building is in a very good position with access to everything , peaceful and well maintained . i highely reccomend for xpats and long stays
