Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in District 7

Great location, right in the center of everything. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a Grab ride away, which made getting around super easy. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect base for our stay. Comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for.

Nhà sạch đẹp, vị trí trung tâm dễ di chuyển, gần các khu vực vui chơi. Host cực kì nhiệt tình và tận tâm. Highly recommend!

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Im Gebäude gibt es tolle Cafés, und die Kommunikation war stets schnell und freundlich. Kleine Hinweise: Zwei der vier Lampen funktionierten leider nicht, und das Sofa könnte eine Reinigung vertragen. Auch schade: Obwohl Hilfe beim Koffertragen zugesagt war (das Gebäude hat keinen Aufzug. Wohnung ist im 3. Geschoss) und ich meine Ankunft abgestimmt hatte, war letztlich niemand da.

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

깨끗한. 곳입니다 주변에 먹을게 많다 아쉬운건 관광지가 멀리있다 그래서 이곳은 조용한곳이다.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was by far my favorite. Kul and Duong were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of their family. The surrounding area is peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. What really stood out was the host’s attention to detail—they thoughtfully provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From cooking oil and seasonings to large bottles of shampoo, body wash, and even free candy, every little thing was taken care of. The room was spotless and peaceful, making me feel right at home. When I return to Saigon, I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Host is responsive and the house is in the new and clean. Beautiful surroundings for a nice getaway. Unfortunately we are unable to access the pool freely due to restrictions (Opera has installed thumbprint for residents access). Host will help if accessing from 12pm to 2pm.

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The location is close to main tourist area and also a bit on the side so was not noisy or anything around. Ryo is a great host and responds well.

Great location and you have 3 convenience stores and a pharmacy basically in the building complex.

Thao was a super host to us for sure. She was always responsive, accommodating, and super helpful with all the questions I've had during my stay. The place was clean, tidy and close to District 1 and look like the pictures and matched all the descriptions. I highly recommend staying here.
