We enjoyed a lovely couple of days in the Stables. The accommodation was really well appointed and spotless, with everything we needed for a short stay. Lynley was lovely, really welcoming and helpful with tips for walks and food. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The lodge was super clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be returning.

Vicy's place was lovely. It had everything we could need. You can tell, alot of thought had gone into the cabin to help guests to feel at home. Everything worked and was clean. There was fresh milk, a bottle of water & even wine in the (nicely sized) refrigerator. Snacks had been left for us, fresh eggs and the coffee machine had been filled. The view from the deck is just stunning and there are some lovely routes to walk through, lush green surroundings in every direction. Thankyou all at Turtle farm for our lovely stay. We would definitely enjoy a return visit in the future!

We had a lovely stay from the moment we arrived till the minute we reluctantly left. The family at the farm were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved seeing the animals and learning all about the farm. It’s very peaceful and set in a beautiful surrounding and the accomodation was great. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fab and the hot tub very nice for an early morning and evening dip! We will definitely return ….

Had a lovely stay at Warren Wood

We had a lovely stay at Tony’s. The hot tub was hot and so easy to use. It was completely private and had a lovely outdoor sitting area and table to eat meals outside. Tony put in milk, croissants and jam and a bottle of Prosecco which was very thoughtful. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Beautiful cabin - cosy, peaceful and secluded. Loved the outdoor space with eating area, hot tub and fire pit. Mandy was brilliant - very responsive and friendly, and had great recommendations for the area. Alfriston within walking distance, gorgeous village with excellent pubs and shops. Would highly recommend!

I recently enjoyed a long weekend at Lorraine's beautiful place for a catch up with four friends. We all had a very relaxing time, enjoying not just one but two fabulous hot tubs, as well as the huge swimming pool area! We highly rated the portable speaker and jacuzzi speakers available for playing music and were pleased to find the radio being played as we entered for our stay, as well as being greeted by gorgeous lighting and a lovely clean smell throughout. We were all having such a great time that we didn't even go out to explore the local area from Friday to Monday! All of the rooms and spaces were wonderful and communication regarding requests was excellent too. We all hope to return one day! Thank you again for being such a brilliant host Lorraine!

Sarissa has a lovely place. We'd been before and were really happy we found a space this half term. My 8 yo loved feeding the animals with Sarissa. The log cabin is cosy and close to lots of fun places. Will hopefully be coming back again!

We had such a great stay at the cabin. It’s so secluded and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the fire pit under the stars with our dog. The bed was big and comfy and Nick was a communicative host. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely brilliant Air BnB. Great location to visit Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Wakehurst etc though the track to it is pretty bumpy so not ideal if you are going out several times a day. However, we went out in the morning & back in the evening & it’s so quiet & peaceful when you are there, it didn’t bother us. Accommodation was exactly like the photos & was so well stocked e.g. welcome basket, milk, dish washer tablets, biscuits etc & they saved our bacon because we forgot dog bowls but there they were in the cupboard; absolutely brilliant 🤩 Extremely clean & beautifully decorated throughout with shampoo & shower gel included. Was made to feel really welcome & our little westie, Minnie, thoroughly enjoyed her week away as well. Probably one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return when we next visit Sussex 😊😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

Really lovely cabin and location, perfect stay for us and two dogs with the enclosed garden really convenient for this. Very clear instructions on how to find and so peaceful and a great short walk into the forest. Would love to return again soon.

We had a lovely stay here! It was so peaceful and quiet—a refreshing change from our usual busy life in London. The place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It felt cozy, welcoming, and was well-equipped with everything we needed, from tea and kitchen essentials to toothbrushes, towels, soap, and shampoo. Heidi was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond to any questions. She even left us some milk, which was a really thoughtful touch. As city dwellers, we were a little surprised by a few insect visitors, but it’s to be expected in a more rural setting and didn’t take away from the overall experience! All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break. :)

We loved our stay at Lynne’s cabin! It is set in the grounds of the most beautiful house and garden. The gate at the end of the garden onto open fields was a massive bonus. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. It has its own outdoor bar which was really cute. We had such a comfortable and relaxing time in the cabin and already want to come back. Thank you!

Really lovely spot, country walks, access to 2 local pubs within walkable distance. Great host, very responsive. Place (and terrace could do with a deeper /spring clean but I am sure Pete the host can rectify that. The combination of large comfortable bed, bathroom, kitchenette, desk area and sofa make it it a great place to stay. If you are a light sleeper (like me) do take ear plus as the cars swooshing past can disturb your sleep, but easily rectified with the ear plugs Will definitely stay again

Beautiful little place. Ideal for couples looking for some peace and quiet within a nice walking distance of Steyning high street. Highly recommend

Really, a very charming place. The cabin is better equipped than described, and the bed surprisingly comfortable and warm. The area in general is very peaceful, yet, if you need, civilisation is not so far away. In some respects, the best of both worlds. I had a family of ducklings with me for the duration of my stay and the resident kingfisher made several appearances, though I struggled to capture it on camera in spite of my best efforts... The site also has other unexpected pleasantries, nooks, crannies, stump circles and a communal shelter should it pour. I did have the site to myself so remained content with my own space, but it's a nice feature. The shower was a bit different, but actually worked quite well, to be fair, and did the trick. For those interested, phone signal was good. All in, I was sad to leave. I hope to return, perhaps during a different season... What a peaceful, tranquil haven.

Michele was very accommodating of all our requests and went out of her way to be helpful. The cabin was lovely, clean and quiet. Lots of details had been thought of and amenities had been provided which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you!

Great spot for a short getaway, not far from London or Guildford, yet feels incredibly secluded and like you are far further afield than you are. The site was comfortable and the features like the sauna and outdoor were a real treat. Frank was always keen to help, assisting with our bags and catering for extra demands like a late check-out. Look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely, cosy cabin. It felt very private and peaceful. There were 4 of us and a pup and the size was perfect.

Larissa and her partner were so friendly and welcoming. The beautiful little cabin/pool house is situated next to the main house in their garden, which is surrounded by well kept wild gardens and a forest which is very relaxing. The pool is great and really well looked after, Larissa was kind enough to let us know when she intended to come down and use the pool when we were sitting by it. Comfortable inside calm space, with the kind touch of a few eggs and some tasty jam left in the fridge. All the utensils/pans/plates you need for cooking on the hob, just need to bring along your teas/coffees and any little bits :) You can also take a lovely little walk straight from the garden through the forest and into fields, we just enjoyed sitting around the pool and taking some walks. Very relaxing few days. Thanks so much.

I had such a lovely nights stop over. Waking to the view and sounds of the lake in the morning was just amazing and had a lovely breakfast in the cafe. Lovely hosts! Really well equipped for such a compact space. Thanks again, would love to return one day.
