We stayed at Caseg cabin for our mini honeymoon in June and we had an absolutely magical time. From waking up in the morning and seeing the cows through the window to enjoying a glass of champagne in the hot tub at night , we really could not fault the place. We really loved the extremely comfortable bed and liked the frame TV! We had a massage each with Rachael, and it was wonderful. She clearly knew what she was doing and we felt as though we were in good hands with her. If you are looking to book here, please book yourself a massage with her because you won't regret it! Thank you so much, Jim, for making our experience so perfect. We will never forget our mini honeymoon because of you!

Had a wonderful 2 nights at this amazing house. Stunning views and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub watching a beautiful sunset. The stone bath was amazing, and again, lovely views from the master bedroom. Highly recommend

The best place I’ve ever been. It was incredibly beautiful. The house, the hot tub, the cold bath and the sauna! The room and kitchen, the shower was also great and spacious. Smelt amazing when we got in and we had a lovely welcome message in the board. It was so nice and clean. Lovely views and nice animals around, cows and sheep 🥰🥰🥰 I just didn’t want to leave there. My best bday celebration ever with my partner. The hosts are so nice, communicative and friendly. It was more than worthy the 6h driving! I definitely would like to come back.

Myself and my partner had an amazing stay here for our anniversary! The pictures didn't do the views enough justice as they were simply incredible! The area was peaceful and amazing! We will definitely be returning in the future and loved every minute of it. The place was clean and had everything we needed/wanted. We would recommend highly!

Stayed for two nights for a mini-moon and had a superb stay. The property was immaculate and had even more amenities than outlined in the listing. Location was perfect and the webpage created with information, recommendations and key details was very comprehensive. Great host, brilliant property and highly recommend.

Beautiful setting and a beautifully built log cabin. Peaceful and tranquil. Well worth the money and we will return in the future. Visitors need to visit the anchor inn in seatown for lovely food and drinks

I couldn't recommend our stay enough, the cabin was beautiful, absolutely perfect for a peaceful holiday. The highland cows in the garden were lovely and there were bunnies everywhere - so cute to watch while having breakfast in the morning. There are lots of walks to do directly from the cabins without needing to drive anywhere, multiple pubs are also walkable and coming back to a hot tub after a long walk was perfect. Jo and her family were really kind, and put up birthday decorations for us and there was a little hamper with fresh eggs, bread, milk and cakes. Jo replied really quickly to our requests and made our stay as smooth as possible.

very beautiful and tranquil area. booked my stay as a romantic weekend as was not disappointed. cabin was amazing and just as shown, the area and the estate all added to experience. the on site food truck was very good with locally sourced produce, the chef is definitely a master at his craft. staff were all very friendly and helpful on site and even made the whole planning and booking process a easy with quick responses to any queries I had. couldn't recommend woodlands any more highly

My wife and I stayed four nights at Oak Tree Retreat In June. It is a lovely place. It is obvious that a lot of work and care has gone into making this a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Our hosts, Alexia & James, were very friendly and helpful. The gifts of bread, biscuits, hot chocolate and marshmallows on arrival were a generous touch and much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The cabin had all we needed for our stay during which we mainly self-catered. The cooking arrangements were great. The absolute highlight was the hot tub which we enjoyed for three of our four nights! There is lovely walking country within a five minute drive from the Cabin. Local shops and food outlets are close by. I would certainly recommend Oak Tree Retreat to anyone.

The home of dreams. Tranquility, animals eating on the terrace, beautiful living room. Well-stocked kitchen, TV, comfortable sofa we had a really good time.

Cedar Lodge was beautiful! Really peaceful and just what we needed. Unfortunately the shower had broke the day before we were due to arrive, Melanie kindly let us know and said she will give us part of our money back. Very kind! We unfortunately had to leave a day early and Melanie totally understood and has offered us a discount if we book again. The lodge was spotless, and very relaxing. We went into Bridgnorth which was beautiful and we had a lovely roast dinner in a local pub. Highly recommend staying at Cedar Lodge! Thanks again Melanie xx

We had a great weekend. We were over the moon with the accommodation and facilities and we would defo look to return. It was less than a hour to Llandudno and we enjoyed a few hours on Talacre beach. Thank you so much x

My friend and I absolutely loved staying here, and we only wish we had more time. We 100% will come back again when we need another retreat. It was beautiful to switch off from society, and unwind with the beautiful sounds of nature. Loved watching the fish, and the ducks! Miss it already. Thank you!

This was a birthday surprise for myself and we were blown away with the place. Its so beautiful and in such an amazing location. The cabin itself was stunning with natural wood used everywhere with a stream and woodland all around creating such a tranquil place. The wildlife around the cabin alone was unreal with birds, squirrels, caterpillars and water voles all putting on a beautiful show. The aroma walking in was beautiful and added to the ambience. Check in was easy and straight into the cabin so little contact needed which was great. Katy and Scott were lovely giving us local hiking tips and info about the area. A lovely couple who have created something really special at the lazy T (brook). The outdoor shower was amazing so hot and so nice to be under the trees with the sun shining through a truly relaxing experience. We honestly cannot sing its praises enough it was the perfect location and accommodation and just what we needed for a relaxing break away. Thank you so much ❤️

Wow - the most beautiful cabin! The owners really have thought of everything, even a toy for our dog 🥰. The garden is enclosed which was perfect for our dog to run around. The hot tub was really hot on arrival, the bath and shower facilities are stunning. We will 100% be visiting again.

Lovely place to stay as a couple who wants to disconnect and spend quality time together. Very peaceful surroundings. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had! If you think it would suit you just go for it!

It’s our second time in this beautiful oasis of calmness and tranquility. It feels very private, and it’s got all you need and more. Everything is simply perfect. We enjoyed waking up to quietness, making nice meals in the kitchen and feeling generally relaxed. Would I recommend it? Wholeheartedly! Give yourself a treat, it will be an unforgettable experience.

Incredible views from a lovely cosy cabin. We had such a relaxing time and were fortunate to have lovely sunny evenings to enjoy sitting outside without any midges too! It was great to have access to some lovely walks that take you down to Ullapool where there's a great selection of restaurants. I'd definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful remote location! Excellent communication, clear instructions and the place was beautiful! The bed was super comfortable and the place was really cosy, highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was absolutely lovely, such a peaceful location. Really cosy on rainy days and even nicer when sunny. The hosts were really accommodating to a last minute change of plans we had. Lots to explore nearby and not far from the Trossachs as a base for exploring further.

Our third stay at Anthony’s place and just as lovely as our previous visits. The hot tub is perfect, two good pubs within walking distance and lots of places to visit within a short drive.

We had the most amazing stay! The place was incredibly peaceful, quiet, and completely private, just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lucy, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She messaged us beforehand with plenty of great local recommendations and was super helpful. We came to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hot tub was already heated and ready to enjoy when we got there, which was such a thoughtful touch. We both had such a lovely time and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

Myself and my friend booked to stay here last minute and she was moving to Australia and it couldn’t have been a better little place to stay. Absolutely loved the cabin and the log burner, it’s nice and peaceful, it’s close to some really nice places in north Wales, the projector is such a good idea and it was just a really lovely few days away.
