....you can totally chill at suki's place...just watch the world go by, tides come in & go out...also nice beer at hand if you do need to walk 50yds..

Lovely apartment, beautiful view and excellent hosting from Di. Enjoyed the decor and we were so comfortable. We were able to park and leave the car for the duration of our 4 nights. We walked and caught ferries. Highly recommend.

Annalisa is an amazing host. She is very quick to reply and let me know when the flat was ready early! The flat was very clean and spacious. Location is fab. The mattress could be a much better quality and more comfortable, the linen was lovely though. It was bit of a faff finding one house to get the keys and then finding the actual flat.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

The Waves apartment was a well thought out, relaxing, comfortable holiday home for couples or families alike. Emma has thought of everything from sunny days to rainy days. Recommend for both short and long stays. Stoke Fleming is the perfect spot to explore Dartmouth and local villages. Blackpool Sands is a must.

A fantastic short stay at a lovely apartment, with a beautiful view to wake up to or enjoy a sundowner with before heading out to dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of some of Freya’s recommendations re food and shopping. Freya answers our quirked quickly and was always lovely to communicate with. We had a fantastic stay at Russels apartment. The location is amazing, right on the beach, so we woke to the sounds of the sea every morning. The apartment is big and spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos and the large parking space was a great bonus. The beach is shingle and the sea calm, ideal for novice paddle boarders like me. The staff at the Bay restaurant next door are really friendly and the food was lovely. We visited many of Russels recommended places for food and all were good. There are a few shops very near by and the coastal path makes a great morning walk or run. We will be back x

This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

We had an amazing time over the bank holiday weekend! The barn was self check-in, but Fran went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly communicated and stress-free. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and Fran kindly allowed us to check in early, such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference to our journey. The barn itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor space to explore. It was the perfect countryside escape. We were travelling with a 2-year-old, so the thoughtful touches like books, toys, and a stair gate were hugely appreciated. The only minor challenge was a few small, unexpected steps throughout the barn- absolutely fine for older kids and adults, but a bit tricky for our toddler to navigate. That being said, we couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway.

A beautifully presented property in a perfect position on the quieter side of the River in Kingswear. Very clean and well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings and comfortable beds. All rooms are spacious and comfortable and the outside space is beautifully sunny and well appointed. Great communication throughout from Sharon. All in all a cracking holiday let.

We had a lovely two night stay with our 4 month old son. It was just as described and there was a very thoughtful hamper of goodies which we enjoyed! Very clean, with a great kitchen - we really appreciated the washing machine and tumble dryer with our little one as he was running out of outfits. It is in a great location which we made the most of for our little getaway, within easy reach of Dartmouth, Blackpool Sands, local farm shops, boutiques and of course lots of choice for fish & chips. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This has been by far the best ABnB we have ever stayed in! We wish we booked there for our whole 10 days! The Penthouse has the most tranquil feeling with views so spectacular, you will never forget them! Sarah is an excellent host who communicated very well and were so kind in providing a cot and high chair and a few age appropriate books and toys for our grandchild! We had a truly unforgettable couple of days in this special place! We will definitely spread the word and hope to be back!

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Julia's Garden Apartment, Topsham was excellent. We loved our stay there. Very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, with all the amenities nearby. Topsham is such an interesting and characterful place to stay. Thank You, Julia, for being so caring and helpful and a really great Host. We are back in Canada now but will definitely come again to the Garden Apartment!

A wonderful property which was perfect for our little family of 3 plus our dog. A superb location which was peaceful and tucked away from the daily chaos. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Sitting in the hot tub taking in the beautiful view was just perfection. Thank you for a wonderful break, I would definitely return and recommend it.
