You will easily have access to the leisure activities offered by the city and the surroundings: Tour de Crest, swimming in the Drôme or at the swimming pool, cinema, Saoû Forest, hiking in the Vercors...

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Kitchen, stovetop, microwave and convection oven, fridge, freezer. Very good 4G, TV and DVD player.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Charming 40 m² vacation home located in the village of Aouste-Sur-Sye, in the Drôme. Refurbished in 2023, it is fully equipped for your comfort. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the outdoors with the covered terrace, outdoor kitchen with sink and beer tap, to enjoy your meals. Pets are allowed.

The studio is composed of a mini kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, an independent bathroom and toilet. Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min by bike or car from the center…. Because it goes down….!!! No problem parking with trailer. Our swimming pool (in season) and sunbeds are available.
