Nice little house with a very nice view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep a little dust on the ground floor when you move in. My husband, my 22-year-old son and I had a very good relaxing stay of 4 days. Our message-based interactions with our host were very pleasant. We recommend

We had a very nice stay in Pierre's apartment, Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything clean and tidy. Cabinets in the bedroom and kitchen could use a little renovation. Very smooth communication. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake of Geneva. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Excellent stay at Fabien's, very responsive and caring host. His apartment is well located, very well equipped, cozy and impeccable. Do not hesitate if you want to visit this beautiful region, its accommodation is great for spending a few days in Thonon and its surroundings.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Regarding the accommodation, it's really great! Warm, tastefully furnished. We didn't miss anything, absolutely nothing! We were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful south-facing garden. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. Only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors snoring. William is a host to recommend and we will be back.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

we had a lovely stay at Daniel's house, who is a very welcoming host! The accommodation is very clean and very very well equipped, small touches upon arrival, a nice little garden with sun loungers, it feels like home!

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. Her house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.
